Tracy and the team worked tirelessly to sell our house in difficult times. Out of the 3 quotes we received, Satchells gave by far the best price and sold it for more than the prices the other 2 agencies proposed to put the house on the market for. They worked quickly and had viewings straight away. They clearly have a fantastic network of buyers. They were brilliant and helped us tackle a number of challenging hurdles. If you want to sell your house, go with Satchells.

We sold our house through Satchell's. They were very patient when I wasn't happy with the floor plans on the brochure and were happy to update them several times. Our house sold within days and Lee continued to be helpful and knowledgeable throughout especially with our fast turnaround time for exchange. Great service all round.

Marc and the team were excellent with our tricky chain. Marc was in constant communication with various professionals up and down the chain and without his constant chasing we wouldn't have completed before the stamp duty relief end.

I wish I had gone to Satchells before wasting three months with another Shefford agent. It was a probate sale with a property which had a non-standard construction. The difference in service and communication could not have been more different. Marc and the team found a very sound buyer and kept us informed through every stage of the sale to completion. First Class.

I was left incredibly disappointed after having paid a deposit to secure a lovely apartment in Biggleswade and finding out that the landlady has pulled out of the agreement due to the estate agents' complete incompetence. They advised us of our options, one of which was that we could just use one reference income to cover the cost of the property and then just pay a couple of hundred pounds upfront to make up the difference. The estate agent (Lewis) came back to us and said that the landlady has since become 'suspicious' and therefore wants to pull out altogether. This would never had happened if we were not misadvised as they were the ones who gave us this option in the first place and were happy to provide two references. They then started back tracking and said that they 'don't recall advising that'.
Please think again before going with this estate agent as it seems like they just make it up as they go along.

I bought a beautiful house using Satchells Shefford and I dealt with Hannah Corns. The chain was short but the deadline to exchange and complete was extremely tight! Hannah did her utmost best to keep us abreast with what was happening at the top of the chain as we were in the middle of the chain. Every step of the way, Hannah was professional and efficient. She definitely works for her customers! I would truly recommend using Satchells Shefford!

Apalling!! We rent a property off Satchells and a few weeks ago the owner decided to sell, so we had our first buyers come to see the house today. Despite phoning the office earlier in the week to check and ensure that all visitors are asked if they have symptoms and wear PPE during the visit - 3 strangers (including the letting agent) entered with NO mask NO gloves and NO handwashing. Shocking disregard and disrespect for our health, home and public safety. We pay Satchells to rent this home, but obviously they care more about making money from buyers and cutting corners.

We sold a property six months ago and were very pleased with the service from Marc and the team in the Shefford office. Marc is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and really helped us to get this one concluded. I do have some reservations about the conveyancers we used (recommended by Satchells) but, to be fair, the sale turned out to be not quite as straightforward as everyone hoped due to a boundary issue (which Marc spotted before anyone else).

Jemma and the team were really helpful throughout the whole process of buying a house they had listed. They got us in to see the property really quickly and we had our offer accepted the same day.
We had a nightmare sale of our own property (sold it three times, due to the bottom of the chain falling through) but Satchells managed to keep our purchase going because of the great relationship Jemma had built with the vendor, for which we are most greatful.
Finally completed yesterday, thanks again Jemma, Marc and Hannah!
