Peter and the rest of the team at Satchells Baldock were so fantastic throughout a long 7 months, they kept the whole chain reassured and up to date, always excellent communication and so supportive with all the many ups and downs we went through! Big thank you and absolutely recommend!

Communication was good regarding viewings although they were rather scattered, as opposed to being amalgamated into 1/2 days. Advertising of the property was good and staff were always helpful.

They were reasonable except when using their subcontractors. We found their subcontractors generally substandard but it was no use complaining because Satchells always took their side.

As a landlord, Lewis and the lettings team at Satchells have provided services for my company for several years, such as marketing for finding tenants and dealing with issues that arise from letting.
