We purchased a property through Seasons in 2025 and were very happy with the experience as a purchaser. The team were always polite, helpful and friendly – from viewings to passing on questions and answers to and from the sellers. The team were quick to resolve any queries we had and, it seemed, often working outside of office hours when replying to emails. They were knowledgeable about the property and the vendors and at no stage did it feel like we were being given answers just to keep us happy. Any queries to the vendors were answered within hours and contact was by email or phone which was excellent for resolving any issues. The team were also very helpful on completion and made the process of moving a lot less stressful. We were happy to deal with Seasons as a purchaser and are sure they would provide a similarly excellent service for sellers.... Read more

Whilst on the last day of our holiday in Cornwall we found Seasons Estate Agents by chance, we had only stopped by in Looe to collect some pasties to take home for family members. My wife and I were walking back to the car to set off on our 5 & half hour journey home back to Kent. We saw a property advertised in the window which looked like something we could be interested in as we had been toying with the idea of a second property for some time, we went in to enquire about the property where we were greeted by a member of the Seasons team, she was very pleasant but unfortunately couldn’t accommodate us with a viewing due to being the only member of staff in the office at that point therefore she was unable to leave the shop unattended which was understandable. We asked if there was any possibility that we could view it after the shop shut at 1pm but this was not possible, we explained that we had a very long journey back home and was very keen to view it asap. She said that she could arrange a video viewing for the Monday morning. We were contacted by Polly (trainee negotiator), Polly said that she was going to carryout the video viewing with us over Whatsapp, she was very patient and advised there was no rush and if we wanted to see anything again we only had to ask and she she was more than happy to take the time to ensure that we were happy with our viewing. Following this video viewing we decided to make an offer on the property which was accepted by the sellers but Polly was unable to take it off the market and officially accept our offer until we had physically viewed the property in person, she made an appointment for us to attend the following Saturday which was our earliest convenience to attend due to work commitments. Polly was there to greet us on the Saturday morning bright and early, again Polly was very pleasant albeit a little shy but was confident in answering our questions/ queries regarding the property/ purchase. Polly didn’t rush us at all and gave us all the time we needed to view the property, take measurement and photography as required. Following the viewing we attended the office and met Amie (director) where we asked further questions and confirmed that our offer still stood and we would like to proceed with the purchase, Amie was very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative of the property and the local area to which we were strangers. There were a few setbacks along the way with purchasing the property due to surveys etc but these were eased by the sheer professionalism shown by the team at Seasons. Peter (founder & director) contacted me to discuss issues that arose following our mortgage survey to suggest ways to move forward with the purchase and arranged for a trusted surveyor to attend when others had arranged to attend to view the issues but never materialised. Peter was very supportive along the way with his vast experience in the trade and help reassure us when we were feeling like it could all come to very quick end with obstacle that had been put in our way. There were plenty of emails and phone calls during the whole process that kept us informed and up to speed at every point, we were always guaranteed a reply when were expecting one even if it wasn’t the news we were hoping for. The purchase took nearly 8 months to complete but it has all been worthwhile as we are now very happy with our purchase and the support we received from the team at Seasons Estate Agents. On that note I would like to personally thank all the team for their professionalism , support and help along the way and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again which i’m sure will happen in the not too distant future....
