It was mainly Martin the branch manager who dealt with my sale and his input was above and beyond of what I expected.
My solicitor wasn’t the most dynamic and I am certain without Martin’s input it would have been more stressful and time consuming sale than it was.

It was obvious that Martin did not want to allow me to view the property from my initial meeting with him outside the office.
Was not allowed in the office even though I was wearing a mask, had to shout out my personal details in the busy street (other agents open), then had to chase up the viewing and was told no viewings available.
Went directly to the property to drop a note off to arrange at a later date, the vendor then saw me and was very happy to show me round and were very welcoming.
I put a offer in but agents would not give me feed back until my house was sold, not sure whats going on in the office but never have I needed to sell and pack up my house before I know if offers are accepted.
Lauren was friendly enough but unable to help due to the office's policy of sell first before we talk prices.

Thank you for a friendly and professional service especially during this pandemic. From dropping by the Estate agent to ask about a valuation and making an appointment for Martin to view, was so easy. Follow up emails to confirm everything and the safest way for both the agent and myself in the house. I had no problem with opening all windows in house and Maximum of 2 people present. All door handles to be sterilised and masks worn by occupants of the house and Martin. An honest valuation of the house that does have some issues which affects the valuation. These were given to Martin verbally and were taking into consideration. Lauren has also been very helpful on the telephone /emails. I would certainly recommend Stratton Creber Estate Agents.

Following our recent search for property around the Looe area, we were impressed with the Looe Branch of Stratton Creber and in particular, the Manager Kathryn McEvoy. Having visited a number of estate agents in the area both my wife and I were impressed with the sincere and friendly attitude.
