It was either my property was not something they wish to sell or at 16.35 he was more concerned about getting home, but 3 minutes for an valuation, without a discussion or a rough idea on price he would market our property.or even what we are hoping to replace it with, what ever % they charge, I always thought trying to purchase from them was hard enough as the Liskeard branch take forever to respond, but as a seller! Well, what a disgrace to the company!
I would try another agency.
From selling a farm to a waterside property, they have been disappointing, but the manager of the Liskeard branch is a disgrace.
Totally wasted my time and even questioned my relationship with my husband! All in 3 minutes!

It was a relatively quick transaction and we were supported well throughout the process, Sam always returned our calls, which we appreciated- not always the case with other agents. I can’t recommend Kivells in Liskeard highly enough, Sam was absolutely brilliant especially when other agents had let me down. He was caring, kind, extremely professional and he really listened to what we wanted. He went above and beyond working outside of office hours and nothing was to much trouble, he kept us regularly updated and I can’t rate him highly enough. Don’t go anywhere else this guy is the best estate agent.
