I had my house up for sale months with another estate agent who I have to say came recommended and they did nothing so I decided to change to sell well . It was the best decision I could have ever made . They were superb from start to finish and my house sold in no time . Its amazing how much difference the wording and pictures made in our advert . They were definately more efficient and I was kept informed of things right until completion . I can't praise them enough and I highly recommend them. Thanks for all your help guys .

Feedback update is quite good. However our house is new build 5 years old and house was not selling for 5 months. Asked for advice two times and never get back to me. So, changed the agent and sold in 5 days.

As soon as we made contact, I knew I would be asking Sell Well to guide me through the difficult process of selling a property as an executor of a will.
