I sold my property through Clayton’s and would have no hesitation in using their service again. I sold in a difficult time market wise. Their advice, feedback and suggestions throughout the marketing was encouraging. Ben was fabulous through a very long and complicated chain his tenacity keeping it all together in a very stressful time. He is an old fashion agent in the sense of giving a customer focused service and not just wanting his commission. Which he well and truly earned on my sale.

Fantastic - Ben Connolly and his team were absolutely magnificent in handling what turned out to be an extremely stressful house purchase for not just us but four families in a complex chain. His persistence, determination and professionalism played a crucial role in making it all happen. Everyone at the Garston office were wonderful and friendly- highly recommend !!!

I'd like to provide feedback on Clayton's Estate Agents in Garston. While viewing a property with my girlfriend, she spoke to Ben about making an offer, which unfortunately was declined by the seller. When I suggested adding 5k to sway the seller, Ben's response was sarcastic, saying, 'What do you think?' Given my recent success in buying two houses with offers reduced by 75k and 100k respectively, I honestly wasn't sure what to think! Subsequently, my girlfriend made a full asking price offer, which the seller accepted pending mortgage proof and deposit - which my girlfriend provided by the close of business that day. Despite Clayton's promise to take the property off the market, they continued to market it over the weekend. Unfortunately, another buyer was found, and my girlfriend was asked to prove, in writing, her strength as a buyer to secure the deal over the other purchaser - despite the fact that she'd offered the full price, had an offer accepted, and met all other requirements, the sellers went with the other buyers. This experience was unlike any other with an estate agent - I've never found myself in a knockout stage of buying a house, especially after a deal had been done and accepted. Buyers should be cautious of potential time-wasting inconvenience. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with Clayton's again!

I have been renting with Claytons for the last three months. I wanted to say how much I have appreciated the service from the Lettings Team (Laura, Cora, Caroline, Helen). They have made the whole renting process very easy at the outset, and subsequently dealt with all our queries and issues very promptly and efficiently, and always with a caring and helpful manner. Their responsiveness and the quality of communications have also been first class throughout.
It has been a pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend their services highly. My thanks to you all!
