It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. Many Thanks to Sally & Team for giving me the best Tenancy experience for the last 3 years. Brilliant service from tenancy set up to maintenance request to moving out, all first class , received from Sally. If you're a Landlord or a Tenant, Sally is the Agent for you. They are unique in the sense that they have got great values when it comes to keeping a healthy relationship between tenants & Landlord, they totally focus on quality, relationship and communication. A lot of Agents these days focus too much on the number of properties they can manage whereas they make sure they retain that personal touch when it's comes to customer Relation services.... Simpson Estates have provided, by far, the greatest service of any of the 6 or so letting agents I have used in the past. From the quickly-arranged viewing it was only 6 days before I had moved into the flat I am now renting. During my years in the flat, Simpson Estates acted quickly on any issues with the accommodation (of which there were very few) and they were very understanding and proactive regarding maintenance of the property. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful to the extent that communicating with them was more akin to a friendship than the cold and tedious conversations typical of a letting agent. The small nature of the business affords them a truly personal touch and I will certainly miss working with them. I would definitely recommend using them and would continue to do so myself indefinitely if it was possible.... Read more

So far my best experience with an agency, after 2 years of being ripped off from private “buy to let” landlords and their dodgy agencies. Excellent flat for an excellent price, finally my first flat with proper central heating, amazing and fast service, whenever we need to fix something they respond quickly, I would highly recommend.... Our experience with this company was nothing short of horrendous. We were given false information by a senior staff member at the beginning of our rental application, only to be told 5 days before our moving date that our application had failed. Without an apology or an honest explanation, we were left feeling truly deflated. I would not recommend this business.... Read more

The best estate agents in cardiff. I didnt just get a nice house for a good price, but also we were treated like friends, not just like customers. David, the agent, drived us to a shop where we could get good quality second hand furniture and helped us in everything we needed. We could even store our baggage in the house before paying anything.
