Right from the beginning of our Journey, we were impressed by the honesty professionalism, and "personal touch" that was provided by both Chris and Sanjay in equal measure. Sanjay was enthusiastic, well-presented, polite, and even made time to fuss with the dogs. Before the viewing took place, Sanjay asked if we wanted to add anything to what he already knew ( He was already very well prepared and knew what additional features we had ) He was courteous to us and to the purchasers allowing them time alone to explore and then answer any questions they had.
