We made an offer on a property in June and the sale went through in November. Mark was great from the get go, he was with us for our first viewing of the property in Pendeford and assisted us in next steps after wanting to proceed with the purchase. Mark was always on the end of a phone if we had and queries or questions (even when he was on holiday). Mark managed our expectations when we became frustrated with the pace of the vendors solicitors and made every effort to expedite matters when appropriate to do so. Mark even paid us a visit on the day we moved in to see how we were and gave us a card and flowers which we thought was lovely gesture and thoughtful touch! Mark Slade @ SLADE Property Collective… Mark Slade @ SLADE Property Collective helped us to move house in Wombourne which took 14 weeks from putting his board up to us moving out with Christmas and New Year in between. I can only say Mark provides a premium service and a more personal and friendly service than we have ever had. From start to finish he communicated the whole transaction, not just up to the point of sale which blew us away.
