We made an offer on a property in June and the sale went through in November. Mark was great from the get go, he was with us for our first viewing of the property in Pendeford and assisted us in next steps after wanting to proceed with the purchase. Mark was always on the end of a phone if we had and queries or questions (even when he was on holiday). Mark managed our expectations when we became frustrated with the pace of the vendors solicitors and made every effort to expedite matters when appropriate to do so. Mark even paid us a visit on the day we moved in to see how we were and gave us a card and flowers which we thought was lovely gesture and thoughtful touch! Brilliant experience! Excellent communication throughout from Mark and very professional high end photos which have without doubt helped to sell my home. The property, which is in Penn Wolverhampton, had been on the market with another large estate agency for over 6 months, with only a few viewings and no offers in the period.
