I am a tenant of Smartmove from April and I have a really good experience with them. Since I rented the flat, everything went as smooth as possible. I want to say that before I had a very bad experience with a very popular agency and I didn't know what to expect from Smartmove... but they are approachable and very professional. Lucy is the agent who always helped me every time I had issues with the flat and I appreciate that. I will definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to everyone who needs to rent any properties.

After a previous bad experience (not with Smartmove but someone else), I was nervous of moving house again. However, the service I received was so reassuring. It seemed like I had a million and one questions but they were always answered quickly and professionally. Great service, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend

The team at Smartmove, particularly Lucy, Jo and Sanjay, has been amazing! Very quick response times to all of our queries and there has been really clear and detailed communication throughout the process, from arranging viewings of the property, to the signing of contracts and key hand-over. The fact that they use Goodlord too really sped up the checks and made us feel secure with the deposits and the setting up of utility bills.

Me and my partner have just moved into our new home with the help from the lovely staff from Smartmove. Kelly, Jo & Sanjay have been such lovely people to work with!
Kelly and Jo had helped us out with the application process and had made sure we stayed in contact throughout the whole process. They are really friendly and reaaallly helpful. Moving homes can be a stressful time but Kelly and Jo had made this such a easy, smooth and fast process.
If you want that stress free move, Smart move is the place you need to go to. ( They even sorted our water bill to our new address !!..one less job for us ! )
Keep up the great work that you do, big thanks to Kelly , Jo & Sanjay !

Was a first time renter when I stumbled across Smartmove. The whole process was very easy and efficient. My agent on this process was Jo and she made it a lot easier than anticipated, any questions that I had I felt comfortable asking and she was always there to help. I would really recommend using Smartmove as they’re are a professional and friendly company that will surely help in any way possible.
