Spencers are a wonderful, extremely professional, trustworthy and friendly agency.<br><br>Recently they sold our family home and were excellent at communicating with us and the solicitors throughout the entire process.<br><br>Mentions must go to Sarah, Andrew and Penny who offered a huge amount of support and attention to detail, however every member of the team we dealt with was helpful,.<br><br>In the past , around two years ago we rented a property for 9 months via Spencers and again they were easy to deal with and communication was brilliant.

I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Spencers Lymington and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>I was particularly delighted with Penny, who was fantastic throughout – incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. She made the whole experience feel easy and personal, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with at Spencers was welcoming and professional, with great communication throughout. You really get the feeling that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in providing a great service.<br><br>A brilliant experience from start to finish. Communication from the agent was poor with no proactive updates even on one occasion after a 2nd viewing. They did little to promote our house without prompting from us.

Leanne was absolutely outstanding throughout our house purchase. As our sales progressor, she worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, keeping everything moving even when things became challenging.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, she was always proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her determination, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference to the whole process.<br><br>We genuinely don’t believe we would have reached exchange without Leanne’s persistence and hard work. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about getting the job done.

Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way
