We recently completed on the very speedy sale of our property in Burley all thanks to the amazing team at Spencers. The whole team worked together, were understanding, kind, friendly, professional with a wealth of knowledge of the market and local area.
We must say that Tina was proactive, solved all issues that arose quickly to ensure the sale stayed on track and supported us throughout the whole process which we really appreciate.

I found the staff very knowledgeable and efficient and helpful. We relied upon them hugely as we live some way away from the property being sold. They facilitated finding a suitable buyer and kept in touch with us during the period between accepting the offer and exchange and completion. We are very pleased we chose them to act as our Estate Agent.

We chose Spencers because we liked their more engaging and less ‘hard sales’ but still highly professional approach. Also, when searching for the right agent, we were advised by many, that our property would likely be attractive to the London market. Spencer’s offered the benefits of a London office and this helped facilitate potential buyers looking to relocate.
We found the marketing materials produced to accompany the sale of high quality and this was supported by their social media activity.
Our selling journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Pretty stressful at times but we believe Spencer’s tenacity and less aggressive approach, have been contributory to reaching a positive conclusion in the end.
We were fortunate enough to achieve within 3% of our guide price, which in the current housing market, we were more than happy with.
Particularly thankful to Jack, for bearing with us and the difficult conversations he had to deal with.
All of the Spencer’s team, agents and office personnel that we dealt with, we always found responsive and professional.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Spencers again or recommend them. We wish them all the best for the future. Thank you guys!

The team in Brockenhurst couldn't have been more helpful in making a very stressful process seem a lot easier. From the initial meeting they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling your property.

Communication from the agent was poor with no proactive updates even on one occasion after a 2nd viewing. They did little to promote our house without prompting from us.

Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way
