Absolutely shocking service! I’ve spoken to Steve on Tuesday 20th around 4pm and he said the landlord is happy with our offer and he will send the details by email then we can pay our deposit. I received the email at 21:22 saying we need to pay for one week deposit within 24 hours. On 21st morning around 11:50 when I called him to let him know we have done it he just told me they let 3 other people view the house and they put a deposit. When the landlord asks about us he doesn’t even bother to contact us and see what’s going on. Very unprofessional and very rude people! Stay away from this business for your own good.... Read more

They sent us an email at 21:22 giving us 24 hours to send the deposit and next day around 11:50 when we call them to let them know we’re sending the money they’re telling us they let some other people to view the property and they took the deposit from them already without even letting us know. Even though when landlords asks about our deposit they can’t even bother to contact us. Very unprofessional and very rude people!... Read more
