18th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.

12th Sep 2024 (23 weeks ago)We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated sales process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. She kept us informed throughout and formed a bridge between us and the buyer- her reassurance and support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Brand and Vaughan . Thank you so much for getting us to the finish line!

We were kept informed when new offers were received and throughout the process with the successful purchaser. Would like to thank the sales team (Kevin, Emily and Alison). They know their stuff, the area and the correct pricing, meaning it's an efficient and effective service. Would highly recommend and definitely use Stevens again!

Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

15th Dec 2024 (9 weeks ago)I first met with Ian back in 2005 when I purchased my home. A decision was made to start letting the property through them and have done so for over 13 years. I have now just sold the house once again through Hanover Homes. Over the whole period they have been totally professional and efficient, any problems that occurred during the letting period were dealt with almost instantly by Rebecca. They dealt with the sale with precision and diligence, you couldn't ask for more from any Agents

1st Sep 2024 (24 weeks ago)My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly. I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. This is also true of Janet who also was wonderful in the process. I must also mention Ella who is also so lovely and easy to talk to. As an office it’s welcoming to walk in to and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Osborn Frankling, the experience was truly excellent from valuation to completion.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff.
