They were open and straight forward right from the start with practical and friendly information and I could not have asked for more support than they gave me. Highly recommended as an extremely satisfied customer. A big thank you to all of them.

4th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Highly recommended! I've experienced Marchants when I purchased a property from them and as a landlord when they found quality tenants to live in it. Peter and Sharon on the sales team were really helpful and worked hard to overcome any hurdles to keep the chain together and happy. Bennita on the letting side has found us quality tenants efficiently and took charge of all the necessary checks and paperwork. Great communicators. Thanks!
25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Stevens successfully completed a POA sale for my family on my Mother's bungalow. They sold the property within 3 weeks at the full asking price which we were not expecting. They kept me up to date at all times throughout the sales process & even chased things that, in my opinion, my Solicitor should of been doing. All in all a very professional service at a difficult time for our family.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Awful experience with Marcus Grimes &Co. I rented a property through Marcus Grimes, Cuckfield. It took months to get windows and boiler fixed while I was there. I spent last winter with a window flying open in the wind and a water heater that didn't work properly. Toilet seat was also in need of replacement which was never done. When it came time to leave, I asked if I could end the lease 3 weeks early to which they responded no. Fine, I understand. But then they wanted me to hand over the keys and get full access to the property for viewings. That's a bit cheeky. I spent a full day cleaning the 1 bedroomed flat before I left. Not because it was dirty but because I am a bit of a neat freak. I left the property SPOTLESS. Better than when I moved in. I had replaced the shower hose and fixed cupboards that were broken when I moved in. All just because I like a neat, clean place to live in. One particular point was the oven. The owner left greasy baking trays and rubber baking sheets in the oven. This was ignored when I moved in but I still cleaned the oven to a very high standard before I left. Even though I never use the oven and this was the owners mess. They now want to charge me £170 to clean the oven and are complaining about "scuffs" in a very old, worn wooden bowl that was full of keys. Pathetic attempts to try make it look like I didn't take care of the property which in fact was in spotless, better than before condition when I moved out. I have asked for photos of these particular items showing their spotless, perfect condition but they cannot provide any because that simply wasn't the case. I find the check out procedure very lacking and untruthful. They seem to think that tenants just have to roll over and do whatever they say. I would never recommend these people.

As someone who is always quite cautious and relatively new to house buying and selling, the team have been patient and considerate. Always willing to work around us and our busy lives, I would never use a different agent now. Julian Man, the mortgage advisor is wonderful. Kind and patient and a clear expert in his field. I am so impressed with the service I have got from them all. Thank you Bruno, Julian and the Team for everything.

Sam expertly managed our purchase, kept us fully informed and helped us deal with any questions from our vendor. He worked well with our own agent, which was particularly helpful as our chain was long and complex. Agencies are plentiful but Sam and Mishons really stand out. Highly recommended.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)We used a few Estate Agents to sell our home, but the only one that full filled our needs, sale and professionalism were Foster&Co. Especially Jessie, she was attentive, caring and full of professionalism, going the extra mile to sell, without the pushy Estate Agent label. Nothing was a problem and we just sold to a lovely family . We would recommend Foster&Co over all other agents in the Brighton and Hove area , due to their unique sales process and sheer professionalism. Nice one Jessie!!

I had dealings with both Alex and Sam. I found both of them incredibly professional, friendly and very helpful. The communication was excellent at all stages of the purchase process and they really helped drive the process through as quickly and seamlessly as it could be.
