In my experience, Strutt & Parker have proved very attentive, sensible, professional & approachable - William Garland (our property manager) is consistently quick to respond to email queries and advise us on the best course of action should we encounter any issues. I would definitely recommend this estate agents for property rentals in the Cambridge area.

We recently purchased a property that was being sold through the Cambridge branch of Strutt and Parker. We dealt with Chloe Gregerson throughout and she was amazing. She went above and beyond and took control of corresponding between the whole chain towards the end. I would definitely go to her if ever I sold again and not the estate agent we used. Thoroughly recommend and love her determination to get things sorted. She is a huge asset to any conveyancing transaction.

About a year ago, we saw a property being marketed by Strutt & Parker, Cambridge. Jen showed us around and though we were very intersted in the property, we knew it might be a while before we would be in a position to purchase. Over the next six months, Jen was really helpful in keeping us updated with the position of the property. When we were able to make an offer, she handled the process and we're delighted to have been able to buy the house.
Early on we also had Lawrence from S&P Cambridge look at our existing property and, so good was the service we had received from Jen and the very professional approach of Lawrence, that we decided to use them to sell our property as well. Again, we could not fault the professionalism and service provided by the whole team at S&P, which I am sure helped us find a buyer within a few weeks.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Strutt & Parker team in Cambridge to anyone buying or selling in the area. We would use them again without looking anywhere else.

I met Jennife Conen, Senior Negotiator, when I was looking for a place with my sister. We found Jen is an amazing negotiator who is always cheerful and helpful. She cares about her customers and always follows up with us after viewings. We feel valued and being looked after.
We met Brown Lawrence, Director and Head of Office, a few times also when we looked for places. He is the senior person in the company but he is very down to earth. He respects us and follows things up with our queries with care. We are very impressed with his cares about the local community and how he loves the local area. Here I would like to pay my genuine thanks to William Garland, the agent who has helped me to deal with and manage well the issues concerning the processing of ending the tenancy contract some time earlier as well as the arrangement of the refund of rent and the back payment of the deposit. William has contributed greatly to succeed in finding a new tenant within one week so that I can end my tenancy period some time earlier. I had the pleasure of dealing with Strutt and Parker in Cambridge when I realised that my previous agents were not as responsive as I would have liked. I contacted Michael who's in charge there and he talked such good sense that I decided to go with Strutt and Parker immediately. Once engaged they set about suggesting improvements to help sell my property and having done so a sale was swiftly achieved. Chloe, our designated Estate Agent, dealt with the negotiations brilliantly. Even when there was a couple of problems after completion she stepped up and kindly helped with sorting out a utility bill, and even the removal of some old furniture by hiring a local company to effect removal. This was above and beyond the call of duty. I can fully recommend Strutt and Parker at Cambridge to anyone who need a great Estate Agent.

Generally good at what they do, estate agency matching a buyer to a property. I was a bit surprised with the lack on communication at times, especially when an employee says I’ll contact you on a particular day/time and not following through on that. S&P are considered a top property consultancy in the UK. Our property didn’t sell, however, I would attribute that to Covid-19 and Brexit. Tough times in the property industry (I would know as I’m a former Property Surveyor).
