The staff were very polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Any questions were answered very quickly and they kept us in the loop through every step. When it came to receiving offers they advised on the best way forward but let us make our own decisions. Almost everything was done by phone or email so it minimised our trips into the office which is a blessing in Edinburgh city centre. Would highly recommend this firm.
