I don’t understand why Carly, Jade and Susan blocked me on their Personal Facebooks? Which I mentioned on the phone on Tuesday and Friday I left a message so their know what the messages are about? Their should reply to reviews even if it’s good or bad but there don’t? Plus how do you the guy who lives in America who Carly and Susan got on there Personal Facebooks? Also Rachael blocked me as well it’s upsetting really? Plus it’s always has to be Rachael that has to discuss it never Carly or Jade? I bet you lot live in a posh house outskirts of Poulton?

What can we say.. really professional and knowledgeable. Always very approachable, friendly and courteous. Didn't matter who you spoke to on the team they all seemed to know the answer to your question - or found out and replied timeously. Our transaction also took some time - nearly 2 years due to various problems - but they supported and encouraged us throughout. Would recommend this trustworthy family run agency to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Susan Eve were excellent, before we even instructed them. We got 3 valuations, they suggested the highest valuation and I was dubious and asked them to explain why the property was worth their suggestion. They explained really well and they were right, we sold to the first viewer, so glad I didn’t listen to the other agents. I also have to say their communication was excellent and the took a superb set of photos that helped gain a lot of interest on Rightmove. Thank you Susan Eve and co.

I thought that I would drop a line to express what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with the team at Susan Eve Estate Agency. After deciding to relocate from our home in Greater Manchester, we found a property in Cleveleys which Susan Eve were selling and proceeded to put in an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately this sale fell through and we once again began the hunt for a suitable property. We found the property which has now become our home which was also being sold by Susan Eve in Thornton. Carly was our point of contact and was professional yet personal in her approach as were all of the team that we dealt with. They were most thorough in keeping us up to date with the buying process throughout. On the day of moving in, we were presented with a welcome pack filled with information and goodies. In 2001 I purchased my bungalow from Susan Eve Estate Agency and it always stayed with me of how professional they were. At that time Susan's 3 girls Rachel Jade and Carly were very young. So 22 years later I contacted them again and asked if they would market another property that I needed to sell, The 3 girls were now running the business with their mum. To say what a great job they are doing is an understatement. So thorough, courteous, nothing is too much trouble. We entered into a 16 week contract with this Estate agent. Part of the contract also said we would be tied in for 28 days after the 16 weeks from when we notified them we were terminating the agreement. It does say on the contract that they can release you at their discretion within that 28 days, but they refused to do this in our case. The reasons i asked for the release was that in our experience I have found them to be poor communicators, even bordering on lazy. Within the 16 weeks there has been 1 viewing and a maximum of 2 phone calls from them. I have had to chase them for updates as they haven't been forthcoming with information. They haven't communicated and suggested we reassess the selling price as a result of only having 1 viewing. Just not proactive at all. Photos are dull and uninspiring which I feel has contributed to the lack of viewings also. Overall, very disappointed and would not use them again.

Susan eve are expensive. £1560 including vat. You sign a contract. £500 + vat if you pull out. £1560 if you pull out when they have a buyer for you but you don't want to go ahead.this puts you under pressure .I accepted an offer from a buyer. The buyer and freeholder of my flat then made up false disputes to knock the price down. I pulled out and then Susan eve pulled out of my contract and so now I have also lost a house I made an offer on. I did not feel that Susan eve had my back and a viewer smoked in my flat. When I got back to my flat straight after the estate agent did the viewing there was a strong smell . Really alarmed and distressed about how I have been treated. Also susen eve kept contacting my solicitor. This is a service I was paying for. I did not give permission.Avoid them. They are not genuine or proffessionals.

Initially I had 2 valuations carried out on my late mothers home and the experiences couldn’t have been more different.
The first estate agent (another popular one in the area) attended with what can only be described as a “jack the lad” sales attitude, which was made even worse when he suggested a very low ball valuation on my mothers home. Given the already difficult time for me, I was not impressed at all (I can only assume this tactic is used to increase company sale figures and turnaround times)
Thankfully when Susan came to visit the experience was the polar opposite, I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Susan showed respect and sympathy for the current situation whilst providing her honest feedback, there was no “pushy sales talk” it was just a very honest, very informative and helpful conversation. I instantly made my decision and now I can’t say THANK YOU enough to Susan, Jade and Carly for all their support and advice with selling my late mothers home. I have never met such a caring, supportive, friendly team of professional women, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept updated at all times despite working overseas.
I would not hesitate for a minute to use them again in the future or recommend them to family or friends.

On this occasion we were the purchasers but this estate agent is absolutely top quality! They would 100 percent be my top recommendion.
What ended up being a long process with a few bumps in the road was made far less stressful because of the ladies here.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Honest and realistic with their valuations - they don't do that trick where they overvalue your home so you will pick them (like others we used before did). Their advice was always spot on, and they actually kept us in the loop - calling us to explain things so we didn't worry. They were very adaptable - we took our house off the market briefly because of Covid, and they waved the early exit fee and said we could go back on the market when we felt comfortable. I was the buyer here and on moving day there was a major issue with the top of the chain meaning we may not have moved in but had already completed on our sale that morning so we're essentially without a home. I am 7 months pregnant and I was so stressed and worried. If it weren't for the amazing team at Susan Eve, I don't think I would have coped! Photo evidence attached. I wouldn't have even said my review was bad - just giving constructive criticism on things that could be worked on - If you cant take feedback, be better at contacting potential buyers!
After my original house purchase fell through 3 weeks into the sale of my property I became very keen to view things quickly. On 3 occasions I rang Susan Eve to arrange viewing for things listed on rightmove litterally minutes after they were online - one of them I waited 2 days for a call back telling me it was under offer, and the other 2 took around 6 hours and then could only offer one day of viewings which didn't work for my working schedule (not their fault, just frustrating)
The reason ibe not scored lower than 3 stars is because they did atleast respond to my queries- another local agent hasn't responded yet after a full week!
If using Susan Eve to purchase and very keen on a particular property I reccomend keep calling until you get a viewing, dont wait for them to call you back as someone could put an offer in and then you cant view if even you could potentially be willing to offer more!
I personally wouldn't use Susan Eve to sell because I'd want viewings to be seamless and straight forward for potential buyers
