I moved in Febuary 2019 and i complained about kitchen cupboards rotting from day 1. After maybe a year it was evident there was a damp problem and i started to complain. Ive had 3 contractors come round to view the damp in about the space of a year and still they did nothing and i am asthmatic! Theres water coming in through an outside wall but it was nicely all painted over when i moved in so i didnt know and now ive moved because of the damp and applied for my deposit they have put a fraudulant claim in for cleaning of nearly £200. The property is up for sale so do not buy it unless you know the damp has been fixed and not just painted over. I am going to fight there claim as they knew about the problem and have even had viewings with me in the property from potential buyers and they dont even mention it to people there frauds!...
