I recently had the pleasure of using Entwistle Green to find a new home. This is something you don’t often hear regarding estate agents who the public often slate.
Entwistle are a refreshing change. Their staff are their biggest asset, friendly, upbeat, professional and above all efficient.
I didn’t experience the usual hanging on the phone, and was proactively contacted.
Sadly I was unable to find the dream home with them and had to purchase with another agent.
That said I can certainly recommend them to prospective purchasers.

Wow we were obviously very unlucky with the service we got. Wrong price put on, no sign put up as requested, photos were not good and if they had been sent to us for approval, they would not have been approved. Photographer quite rude. No communication in first 4 weeks, apparently they had called on a Mobile number (which I don't answer) and didn't call back because they only call every 2 weeks. Emailed on 15th April to take it off the market and weeks later it's still on right move, apparently nothing to worry about it because they are a big company and it's not done in branch. Then get a email today to say it's off but if we sell in the next 2 weeks with someone else we will use them commission. I Called the branch and the response again was don't worry about that it's because we are a big company.

Everyone we spoke to at Thornton Entwistle Green was really helpful. We started out with a panicky moment when we couldn't actually get into the property for them to do a valuation, but Shorna calmed us down and thought of plenty of alternatives.
On occasions when we rang the office, everyone there seemed up-to-date on the status of the sale. It didn't really matter who answered the phone. They did all the viewings by themselves and made things really easy for us. I was touched by their enthusiasm for the property, when sometimes I couldn't appreciate it myself. It was an aunt's house and she hadn't been well enough to look after it for a while. As we don't live locally, we were particularly dependent on the estate agent to take care of everything. They recommended a good auctioneers, who were also really professional.
I would definitely recommend Thornton Entwistle Green.

Cannot thank the team enough from the Thornton branch of Entwistle Green. After having a bad experience with another local agent the team really supported us through our sale. Both helped get the best sale price for my property which actually led to me gaining an over asking price offer. The process was smooth and professional throughout. I am writing this review as a buyer of a property through Entwistle Green. Although they were not acting for me as an agent, I was impressed by the Manageress who met me at a property I was interested in. My wife and I were shown around the property, following which we submitted an offer. Our first offer was declined but the second offer was accepted. Following the offer I had numerous questions about the property and its value, which the Manageress was able to answer and provide appropriate material to back up her responses. The surveyor used found the offer price a little over his estimation which resulted in the Manageress helping the seller and myself agree on a slightly lower offer. Despite being a long and slightly stressful process, I would like to extend my thanks to the Manageress of Entwistle Green for continually keeping me informed and ensuring a smooth process from start to completion.

Having met a few local estate agents to discuss selling our house we settled in Entwistle Green as from the outset they offered the most professional package, from valuation meeting to brochure production and the whole signing up process was very smooth and very professional. If I’m being honest which I have to be when giving a 5 star review I wouldn’t use the home video service again as I didn’t like the finished product as it concentrated on the area more than the house but that’s down to the production company more than the agent.
The office manager Natalie and her team were in constant contact regarding viewings and ensured potential purchasers were in a position to complete. Feedback was always provided and Natalie made you believe you were the most important piece of the chain. I was so impressed with how they handled our sale We have instructed them on other properties already.
I would highly recommend this branch the only thing to avoid is using countrywide conveyancing which is a totally different experience (google them on trust pilot)
My experience of Entwistle Green Cleveleys and the whole team regarding selling our Hausa has been absolutely 5* and they are well worth the fee because you only get what you pay for especially when selling a home! Leave it to the experts.

Corrupt. I made an offer on a bungalow in cleveleys. Never heard back. Entwistle Green then asked to see a bank statement from me to prove I had funds to purchase the bungalow. I provided this to Natalie in branch. I was told that the bungalow was sold to someone else. The bungalow is still stood empty months later. I think the bungalow is in probate and they are running the price down to sell it at a cheap price to a friend--who will probably give them some cash to say thanks. The teenager boy that works there is a rude and has no knowledge about property either.
I would guess that the excellent reviews are not real as they are all from fake accounts that have only left one excellent review for Entwistle Green

My house had been on sale since April 2018. After 2 bad expeirences with other Estate Agents, one of whom was more interested in getting a good deal for the developers they obviously had agreements with, and another who was not at all proactive, within one week of signing with Entwistle Green I has an acceptable offer on the table. The advice I was given was professional and and remembered that I was the client not the buyer. The time from offer and completion was very fast and fairly stress free.

Not the cheapest estate agents but the old adage is true, you get what you pay for. Selling a property is one of the biggest and most important transactions most people will conduct. We recently asked Liam if we could view a property in Cleveleys and after apologising to say the property had been temporarily removed from the market he suggested we view another in a similar category.
He suggested a convenient time and he duly met us at the property on the same day and showed us around. As soon as my wife and I entered the house we new it was the one for us and duly made an offer that was accepted.
We had seen the house on line and for some unknown reason we dismissed it. Had it not been for Liam suggesting and going out of his way to make the viewing possible we might still be looking.
Liam is as far as we are concerned a very professional young man who after negotiating the sale has kept us informed regarding ongoing events and is a credit to the company.

A member of your staff -Marc Holmes- realy impressed me when I recently enquired about a couple of properties for sale.
He answered every question I asked about the property (instead of the usual "oh I will have to ask the owner and get back to you" ) I have been getting from the majority of estate agent staff. Which infuriates me!
