I have found Symonds and Greenham to be very professional whilst still being friendly and easy to talk to. I have had prompt feedback from all viewings which is really helpful as a seller. I cannot single any one individual out from the team as they have all been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends.

A very positive experience. I had a good offer quickly, but then the sale of my house dragged on - none of it the fault of the agent - and I had positive support throughout. Megan especially kept in regular contact and maintained pressure to get things moving. I felt there was a genuine interest in my sale.

Joe and the team were superb from the outset. They priced the property realistically and not over egging our expectations just to get the business. They marketed it very well with great photos & included a video on social media They handled the many viewings properly and gave clear feedback. Effective, efficient and helpful sums up Symonds & Greenham. After a false start selling at the end of last year with another local agent we got a quote from them then enjoyed the Christmas break. As soon as we went back to S & G they were more than happy to honour the quote and got the ball rolling. Every one of their team were really very helpful and always did as promised. They made regular follow ups and then gave us help in buying the house we were moving to advising on the prices being asked and how likely we were to secure a property. Will the valuer we worked with was always ready to answer an email enquiry and nailed the purchase price of our next home to the penny. Great service.

We were recommended Symonds & Greenham by a friend and they gave us a midway between 2 other companies' valuations.
Will did our valuation and he was really professional and polite. Joe did our photos and nothing was too much trouble for him. We spoke with Megan and Gemma from the office and again they were always so polite, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were happy to listen to my random ramblings (lockdown driving me crackers).
I also really liked that they let us view their other properties before ours was sold which a lot of companies don't.

So professional,know their trade inside out, every person we talked to seemed so genuinely caring about our sale and tried tirelessly for it to go through asap,and as we talked through time you could they were lovely people also, they actually told me more about the sale of our home than my solicitor.

Initially I was very pleased with the friendly service. I had to ask for the wording and photos to be changed as they didn’t do my home justice. It sold very quickly for pretty much my asking price but as I presented my home well and did my own negotiation that was more to do with me than Symonds. The big gripe I have is that for several weeks prior to completion I didn’t receive any phone calls and to my knowledge neither did my solicitor. I was the one to sped the process along at every stage. I didn’t even receive a call on the day of completion to arrange transfer of all keys.yes the price was competitive but basically I have paid for a series of photos and insertion onto their website and currently Rightmove etc.i mean this review to be constructive in its criticism as all the staff seem nice people. They just need to get on the ball regarding to management of the sale process.
