Taylor Brown & Simms have given excellent service from the start. The whole process was made so simple and easy by the very friendly team. The communication was strong and everything was explained in detail, following with regular updates by email or phone and there was always someone available for a quick reponse if I needed anything. Everything was done very quickly and professionally. There was no frustrations as they were keen and happy to help.
After dealing with multiple other estate agents, I would recommend Taylor Brown & Simms above them all.

There are lots of things to consider when selling your house and it isn't just a matter of thinking of a price and choosing the first agent that agrees with your valuation! You need a team that you can work with at all stages a team that are not only friendly, but great communicators , diligent and efficient. And Taylor Brown and Simms are all of that and more. Absolutely awful lettings company.
They have no empathy for people living next door to their tenants.
This agent let a 3 bedroom property out to a couple of kids. 17 & 20.
These people were a absolute nightmare.
We complained about there behaviour to the letting agent and there attitude was..
They pay their rent.
In the end we ended up moving because we could not live next door to these people anymore.
It was like living next door to a brother and sister, and you were waiting for the parents to come home and bring back some order.

These guys are awesome! I had my viewings with Chris and following correspondence with Chelsie. They were both very friendly and professional, and constantly made sure they were chasing people, keeping things moving, keeping everyone in the loop, etc. There were a lot of unexpected turns throughout the process, and half the time I only knew what was going on thanks to Chelsie, and I'm positive I wouldn't be in my house right now if not for her. Cannot recommend enough!

Completed the sale of our house today (yippee). It was all very new to us and Chris and Chelsie could not have been more supportive. They marketed the property and organised viewings very quickly, found us a good tenant and provided us with excellent feedback throughout the process. Why a 1 Star review, well any estate agent that doesn't care about how there tenants effect those around them. As long as they get there money, who cares. Based on this they really don't deserve a rating higher than this do they. I only gave a 1 star as i had to.
After reporting there tenant for the noise well into the early hours, they do nothing. So me and my family have to lose sleep due to this letting agents tenant.
And yes I've gone around knocking on the door, multiple times, no answer.
So thanks to this letting agents my life is disrupted, my family's life is disrupted.
Police wont do anything so I have to take time now to log and report things to the council.
I wonder how the owners would feel about this, or the mess that they have created of the front and back yards.
but never mind, I just need to keep filling in my form and suffer for god knows how long.
Thanks Henry Simms for your help with your Apparently (as you advised me) single mother with kids and her not really living there partner.
