Appauling service and very unprofessional. I was renting a property with Taylor's and there was so many issues. Firstly I was always passed back and forth with Taylor's and Ashby Lowery. I reported having a mouse in the property and my property manager had said that it was health and safety so she'd sort it out without waiting for permission of the landlord. However she then admitted to me there was a mouse under a fridge in the property before I moved in, considering that it was health and safety like she pointed out I'm disgusted that not only was I not informed but they had even let me move in. When I left I had to ask every other day or every week about my deposit and was told they couldn't get hold of the landlord. It took nearly 2 months to get my deposit back. They clearly had contact with the landlord as they had moved someone else into the property when I left so clearly I was lied to. The washing machine in the flat was mouldy and disgusting but the landlord wouldn't let it be removed from the building, he had shoved carrier bags down the non existent skirting boards, there was no flooring under the washing machine it was balancing on a board, there was £55 debt on the meter when I moved in which took all night to sort out, the hot water tank was broken and wasn't fixed for a while and any issues Taylor's passed you to Ashby Lowery who passed you back to Taylor's, or you would just be ignored. Happy to get you moved in as soon as possible but as soon as you're in not happy to help with the issues that should be sorted before you even moved in.

JUST AVOID. The most hopeless, disorganised and incompetent estate agent organisation ever. They are truly awful. Never use them. Too many issues to go into here but as a landlord they are appalling and do not earn their money. The local office and people are better than the Countryside organisation but the bar is so low that would only be possible

Amazing service from Alex and the whole branch! He is very professional, informative, flexible and relaxed. We had a brilliant time and managed to see numerous properties with him .Even though eventually we purchased a house via a different agent (in a more suitable location), we would definitely recommend Taylors Patchway!
