Macey came out to our property in February to give us a valuation. We were unsure whether we wanted to renew our mortgage in August or sell. Macey was absolutely incredible. So kind and attentive, she made us really proud of the home we had created and the work we had done to it. She did her research before coming to see us, looking at old photo’s of the property and houses that were sold in the area similar to ours. She had a pack prepared and went through it all in detail. No question we had was too much trouble. Honestly, she was just incredible. After the visit we were not bombarded with phone calls or emails which was so refreshing. It’s nice to find an estate agents that aren’t just after your money constantly and see you as human beings. When we decide to sell our home in the future we will 100% be back to this team to help us. Thank you.

We would like to thank Macey and Ellie at Taylor’s Estate Agents in Yate for all the help and advice they offered throughout our whole first-home buying experience. Macey showed us around a number of properties and she was always punctual and knowledgeable when doing so. She put us at ease right at the start of the process and we couldn’t have hoped for more clear communication and guidance. She also very supportive once we’d decided we’d found the home for us and put our offer in.
Unfortunately, our experience didn’t remain so smooth once we had involvement from our solicitors at Talbot’s Law and things with them became very stressful, with unclear communication and unnecessary delays.
That being said, we would like to offer huge thanks to Ellie who stepped in and supported us through every stage of the process, offering help and advice where the solicitors failed to do so.
Every encounter with the team at Taylor’s yate was positive and allowed us to finally buy our first home.

FANTASTIC!!! We had a really difficult time with selling our old property and we had started the process in June 2019. We were finally able to sell our property and find one that met our needs in November 2019. Taylors in Yate were with us the whole way!! Mainly Lisa, Kate and Jacob, they never made us feel like were being difficult, they always stayed positive and when we needed them at least one, if not all, were there straight away to help us. Lisa was our saving Angle though, she kept on top of everything and even helped us with the purchase of our new property that wasn't even with them! as the estate agent that was with were rubbish!! Lisa kept us updated with everything, she chased and chased when things weren't going right and all the way we felt like these guys were in our corner, we were made to feel like we were the only customers, and when you think our sale lasted a year that is pretty fantastic. Kate can make even the grey-est of days seem like a sunny one, her personality really helped us stay encouraged and again Lisa just kept at it. During the recent virus they kept us updated with where they were, letting us know we could still contact them if we had any issues and we also had a check in call from Chris (again more than can what can be said about another company) They really were lovely, helpful and professional and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. A complicated situation resulted with us using dual agency where a rival agent "sold" our home only to discover their loyalty was with the dishonest "buyer" and not us. This caused us our re-marketing the house with Taylors who took our situation and priorities seriously and sympathetically. A couple of quick viewings and a offer was professionally deallt with by Katie and Lisa. Communication and professionalism has been paramount and I wouldn't hesitate to use the agency again.

My experience dealing with the staff at Taylors exceeded 18 months, on & off. I also had dealings with other agents in Yate who I found to be disinterested & lacked enthusiasm.
Ben Clarke, Ashleigh Thwaites, Elise Walliker and especially Lisa Stiff gave us a more personal touch & were immense throughout the sale.
Having emigrated mid sale the communication & constant updates by email were regular which gave us 'a good mind set' knowing all was in good hands because Not only were we getting good viewing rates when the market picked up after Nov 2018 but the team also made regular visits to inspect the security of our property.
In March 2019 Lisa & Ben secured a couple of offers but one matched our asking price & were obviously delighted, especially after a sale to a property developer fell through after 6 months of contract talks.
I can not recommend Taylors highly enough, not only for professionalism but also providing valuable advice and attention to detail .

Having seen a property we wanted to buy (on sale through TAYLORS) it made sense to ask TAYLORS to market our property.
When Lisa suggested would we like to use COUNTRYWIDE Conveyancing services .. Well that made perfect sense to keep it all under the same umbrella
COUNTRYWIDE were brilliant, I could check progress on line through my own portal.. They were extremely efficient. Each time progress was made I received a text.
ALL the girls at TAYLORS (YATE OFFICE) were very helpful. A special thank you to Lisa who smiled through my constant questions. And a special thank you to Katie TAYLORS (BRADLEY STOKE OFFICE) who answered every email I sent her the same day.
All of this effort meant from the day our house went on the market to moving day took just SIX YES SIX WEEKS. AMAZING
