Thomas and Thomas are an outstanding company that have made an extremely difficult and stressful sale far more bearable. After 19 months, two collapsed chains and three buyers we have finally completed and we would not have got there without the sheer determination, commitment and hard work of Daniel, Selina and the team. Nothing was too much trouble and both Daniel and Selina were always one step ahead, going out of their way to continually chase estate agents, solicitors and buyers. We recently viewed a property on behalf of a disabled person who was unable to attend the viewing.
Selina showed us around and as I was taking photos of the property, informed me that there is a virtual tour that I could share with the tenant. This enabled them to make an informed choice and feel part of the viewing, despite being unable to attend.
Selina was very empathetic and liaised with the landlord to explain about the persons needs and specific situation. She managed to put everyone at ease and went over and above to accommodate, including organising an out of our visit.
The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I went into the office to collect the keys and the whole atmosphere, friendliness of the team and welcoming environment shone out above all other estate agents that we deal with.
Thomas and Thomas have clearly raised the benchmark in the property rental sector and we hope to use them again for all future housing needs in the local area.

Selina and her team have been incredibly supportive, I am based away from Gloucester and have to rely on them totally for all issues with the property, but they have reacted very quickly to any problems ensuring the standards I want to achieve in maintenance and tenant care are always met.

Process was easy at the beginning and any issues during my tenancy were always dealt with so quickly, professionally and with a friendly manner.
When I left the property , the independent inventory company inspection noted it needed £100 worth of cleaning, Selina inspected following it and emailed me personally wasn’t necessary and thanked me for being a good tenant. That personal touch made a big difference. Great service !
