We recently purchased a property through Taylors Brislington, and the process was very straight forward. We encountered many of the standard solicitors delays as to be expected (no fault of the agents), however Maisie and Tom were always on the ball when it came to chasing 3rd parties for answers to keep the process moving forward.
Polite, friendly and informative service - much better than what we had previously experienced at neighbouring agents and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Brislington to anyone else looking to purchase property in the local area. We will be using them again for certain.

Jack O'Hara from the Brislington branch has been brilliant all the way through the process of my purchase. I bought my flat at auction which is something I don't have a great deal of experience with- but Jack talked me through the whole process and kept me updated regularly.

Jack O’Hara (North St) was brilliant at regularly staying in touch and checking in on our first property purchase and how everything was going. He offered really genuine and helpful advice during this really tricky & competitive time, even with other properties and companies and always had the time and care to help us rather than just treat us as another disposable buyer like is the case with other estate agents. Jack helped us every step of the way, through every disappointment and got us in to speak to the lovely Sadie who is now supporting us with the mortgage side of things as we’ve finally been accepted for a property. Finding and securing a property in Bristol is extremely stressful & difficult, but Jack & Sadie made it easier and more manageable - we all need guidance like theirs in times like these! Thank you both so much for being so human about it and making people your priority.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the estate agency that handled the sale of my property for nearly two years. Throughout this agonizingly long process, their communication and marketing strategy were nothing short of abysmal.
First and foremost, the lack of effective communication from the agency was incredibly frustrating. I constantly had to chase them for updates on the status of my property, and even then, their responses were often vague and unhelpful. It seemed as though I was always left in the dark, without any clear understanding of what was happening. This lack of transparency and responsiveness created an immense amount of stress and anxiety for me as a seller.
Despite my expectations of a professional and proactive approach, the agency's overall performance fell far below par. Their inability to sell my property within such a prolonged timeframe, coupled with their ineffective communication and lackluster marketing efforts, has left me deeply dissatisfied with their services.
As a result of this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this estate agency for their property needs. The lack of commitment, poor communication, and inadequate marketing strategy I encountered throughout my engagement with them have left a lasting negative impression.
I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for the agency to reflect on their shortcomings and make the necessary improvements to better serve their future clients.

I found the staff at Taylors, especially Peach and Ruby, very helpful. It was my first time buying and I was on my own but they supported me every step of the way and now I am happily in my new home! A great service.

My experience started with the pleasant Taylor who walked me through the entire experience. I felt like she genuinely had my best interest at heard and worked with me through the whole process. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria who showed me around the property and inspected the place properly. I felt at ease through the whole process and appreciated the genuine people at the office.

Peach Grove at Taylor’s Sandy Park was so helpful with great communication skills and super friendly which made the whole buying process less stressful and somewhat enjoyable. I would recommend this estate agents for either buying, selling or renting.
