Great service! After a real nightmare with our lawyers, the Fishponds branch of Taylors were the one shining light. 2 members of their team really stood out; Xenia
and then a massive special mention to Katie (manager). They took our concerns and obstacles to heart, the term "Proactive" springs to mind which may not sound like a big deal but believe me when buying a house this is what you want, estate agents that jump on problems that may not have even occurred yet instead of just reacting to them when they occur. Also actually calling people when you say you will goes along way. Don't intend on buying another house any time soon but when the time comes, this is who I will be calling
if you see a repeat of this review it is because I left it on the wrong branch last time

I highly recommend Stephen Allen if you are looking for a mortgage or a remortgage. Stephen has mortgaged several properties for me. I did struggle to get a mortgage and was refused in the past by other financial mortgagers and banks. Stephen bent over backwards, and helped me get my dream house. I will never go to a bank or any other financial person. Stephen is a positive happy person and makes me laugh.

Stephen based at this branch has been absolutely brilliant in getting our mortgage sorted for us. He also provided us with a mortgage cover and building insurance quote which was really helpful as we didn’t know much about this.
We had to make a few changes to our mortgage and he was so patient and quick to sort everything so it was hassle free. We are really pleased.
The rest of the staff at this branch are also always so friendly and helpful which is a breath of fresh air after having dealt with and having a bad experience with a different company recently. Customer service is key.

Ross and Ellie took over managing the progression of my sale/purchase for another Taylor’s branch (Covid impact) and I can honestly say without their assistance there isn’t chance that we would have completed. They dealt with incredibly difficult solicitors really well, continually relayed information to me and listened to me vent about how frustrating everything so far in the process had been. The amount of time and care they put in to a sale they didn’t have anything to do with at the start (as it in the south bristol area), was absolutely amazing. We were worried that our chances to secure a mortgage considering the current climate would be difficult, however we were met with a fun, friendly and accomodating mortgage advisor who was patient with our numerous questions, responsve to our calls and emails and delivered on our mortgage. Shocking estate agents, they lie and do not respect clients. Will tell you the person you wish to speak to is not available however that person will be sat in front of them. Unprofessional mortgage broker will be in shorts and a hoodie most the time. Rude staff. Take days to respond to emails and calls. Will never use taylors again ended up taking the house of the market due to the lack of customer service! They will do anything to get you to use them including using rubbish mortgage providers if it means they get a sale. They do not care about clients!!! Do not use them! They have given my parents 18 months of hell!

Came home from work to find Taylors "For Sale" screwed to gatepost. The house is not for sale. Taylors decided to put up sign without instructions. Have never spoken to Taylors or been anywhere near their shop. Disgraceful! We be reporting to Association of Estate Agents.

Lazy and incompetent. I bought a property which they were selling. They were too lazy to find out the age of the property. They wrote a Memorandum of Sale with the wrong address for my solicitor which delayed any action for 6 weeks and didn't bother to apologize. They failed to respond to e-mail and phone enquiries and requests from me consistently. They left the For Sale sign lying around the property and didn't repond when I asked them to remove it. No wonder people have no respect for Estate Agents.

last three days trying to get a viewing arrangement for one of property for sale on filwood road Fishponds, but I couldn't get it. Best thing I need to go to that house myself and knock the door and talk to landlord or tenant who ever.
