Wanted £245 EACH for tenancy fees. When asked why the fees were so expensive and didn’t match those on their website we were told “That’s just the way it is.” Gobsmacked!! Most expensive agent in Cardiff and come across as extremely untrustworthy.. if you’re a landlord or tenant go elsewhere to a reputable agent who has integrity!!
Lettings2Sales were very friendly, informative and professional while I was in the process of relocating from Yorkshire to Cardiff, and I've been very happy to let with them. They're based locally, with lovely staff and I have had absolutely no issues with them- I'd highly recommend them to anybody. Hannah Winter and Sue Beers, in particular, have been brilliant to get in touch with.
Tried to arrange viewings with no reply, after sending emails I had to call to be told the sales guy was on holiday so no one was available to show properties!! Two weeks later when we finally got a viewing, we waited outside the apartment for 15min, I then called the office in Cardiff to ask why they were late to be told the property we were viewing was now sold!! Very bad service

Honestly, the best agency I have found in Cardiff. I originally moved to Cardiff last August and I can honestly say it was a year of utter misery and hell thanks to our last home and agency (message me if you'd like to know which one that was as I highly recommend you avoid them like the plague!) From the moment I booked the appointment to view our new awesome flat, to going and then going through the process it's taken maybe just over a week and Kate & Emma have done everything to guide us through it with ease. They've both really helped us out and honestly when I picked up the keys yesterday it felt so good to have an agency that knows what they're doing, that seem like they are not just looking out for the landlords interests & i know if there are any issues I know I can contact them and get a quick response from them! 5 ***** from me! Have done and will recommend to any friends looking to move!
I have contacted them three times to set up viewings without any response at all. Appalling! Why bother having an email address and contact form on the website if you dont respond to messages?
From viewing the flat to moving in, Taylors, and more specifically, Abigail, have been nothing but professional and extremely friendly. No ask has ever been too much for them, we arranged a second viewing within a week of the first viewing and Abigail and James were more than happy to facilitate. Abigail was extremely reassuring throughout the entire process and is more than too happy to help after moving in. I have used different estate agents before, but Taylors is really above the rest.
I honestly find these reviews rather surprising. Either something has changed dramatically since last year or they just don't treat everyone equally. I rented a flat about 2 months ago simply because it is a nice flat. The negotiator, seemed really bored and disengaged during the viewing. There were small things that needed fixing (e.g. silicone in the bathroom needed replacing) and I was told that they will be dealt with before I move in. Since I signed a contract and paid over £600 fees they've stopped having interest in me. The mould is still flourishing in the bathroom and I've never received a reply to my comments on the inventory (Landlords beware!). When I visited the branch I was told that everything is going to be done for me, but it never was. A couple of chasing emails also remain unanswered, so I just stopped to bother with them.
For the price almost twice as expensive as in most competitors I would expect a better customer service, sadly I was mistaken.
Staff very helpful, friendly and professional! Made my move to Cardiff less stressful and more enjoyable. Would recommend.
If I could give this zero stars I would. I would never recommend this letting agency to anybody, steer clear. Kelly deliberately mislead my parents who live very far from Cardiff (south east of England) into signing a contract for my brother to live in a house as he was starting uni there. Although my mother asked for photos constantly, each time Kelly made excuses saying the people were still living there but rest assured she had visited the house, it was lovely, it had been cleaned and there was nothing to worry about. She said she understood how stressful it was for parents of children going away to uni and she would never mislead anybody. When my brother was met with his house he couldn't believe it, nor could we, it seemed a world away from the house Kelly promised us. We got in touch with the council who sent housing enforcement round, and they condemned the house as it was unfit for human habitation. Live wires in bathrooms, rooms with no natural light, overgrown garden, everywhere was thick with dirt, etc. My brother left in five weeks, found a lovely house with a new landlord from the agency Key Let who were amazing, unfortunately my brother never received his deposit back from Letting Angels as Kelly said money would need to be taken for cleaning (!) terrible service, crooks.
Easy and pleasant to deal with. Any issues are sorted easily so stuff doesn’t become a problem. I will now soon be buying with them I am that impressed
Zero stars. My daughter rented a room from them and they have decided to take half of her deposit. the charges are as follows £24 for removing blue tack stains !!!! really They have to apparently get a specialist in. Then £38 to replace TWO yes TWO cracked tiles on the kitchen floor and when I spoke to the agent they stated that the whole floor has to be replaced and the lounge carpet had to be steamed cleaned. So lets work this out there were 5 sharing that house and they have all lost £68 of their deposit so that is £340. What a RIP OFF. They are ripping off uni students but if you are a private client then you are fine.
