Really unhappy, saw a house for rent and was offered an appointment for a viewing. Turns out when we arrived no one was there and upon phoning they had gotten it wrong and it was for the next day. So after losing a days work to see this house and then turns out it was the wrong day we they rescheduled me in for the weekend and then turned around and said sorry the landlord has chosen one of their other applicants 2 days later. Completely denied a chance to view and get an application in and it simply wasn't fair on us. Not going to trust this company again. Very disappointing get your facts right templewicks.... Read more

I rented a property through Templewicks, and they were professional and responsive throughout the process. Any questions were quickly answered, and they made everything smooth which was one less hassle with the move. Great service. Edit: There have been some issues in my flat with water leaking from an above flat. While Templewicks are not responsible, they have been incredibly responsive and have been assisting in pressuring the third party property management company to speed up repair works. I have been renting a property with templewicks for the last 4 years and I have found the service provided very professional in every way. Every enquiry I have had has been dealt with very quickly. Last week my tenancy ended and the closure has been dealt with extremely well. John wicks has been excellent throughout along with his staff.
