We moved estate agents after our chain collapsed at Christmas. The Beccles team were great - very realistic, very aware and clear sighted, did an excellent job on the new marketing materials. Their communications and reachability were first class.
"Unfortunately" a viewer from the previous agency reappeared and after a short bidding war with another previous viewer we have sold to them.
I would recommend my previous agency with some reservations, but would recommend Your Move Beccles without reservation.

Right from the start of the selling process, this team have been the best team I have ever worked with.
From Oli initially coming to value to house and assist us with that to then working with Maya and Jacob on the whole sale it has been as seamless as they could make it.
Maya has been so patient and never pushy unlike how I know other estate agents can be! She’s always been quick to respond and assist us with any queries we had.
Jacob has been amazing chasing the sale and making sure we had all our ducks in a row. Nothing was ever too much of an ask for Jacob.
I truly could not recommend this team highly enough and rave about them to any of my friends if they even hint at putting their house on the market ????! You all are phenomenal at your jobs and are the best in Beccles by a long stretch!

They booked us in for a viewing incredibly quickly - we were shown around by Tom who was extremely helpful throughout the viewing process.
After we put in our offer, we were handed over to Olly, who was incredibly patient and worked effortlessly - not only assisting the sellers - but also ourselves, in order to get an outcome / sale that suited us all.

Not only professional but really friendly too. Ollie, Tom and Madison guided us through a really stressful time. We marketed just as covid lockdown started and had one buyer unable to complete. No worries the team were on the case and sold the property the very next day. They then matched us to the property we now call home. We chose a bad time to move. What with Covid-19 and the stamp duty holiday. The whole process became log jammed in the outdated and cumbersome English conveyancing system. If it hadn't been for Your Move Oliver James we would have been lost. The estate agents were very professional from start to finish. Their rates are competitive and the service outstanding. Special mention must be given to Olli, the director at the Beccles office. Without him we would have been completely in the dark (no info from solicitors) and his constant chasing of our sale certainly made all the difference.
Our sale actually took 7.5 months to complete but this wwas not a reflection on our estate agent. in fact, if it hadn't been for them I think we would still be waiting.
I would highly recommend this agents. They helped us through a difficult process and I cannot praise them highly enough.

We had several agents value our property (and take us to viewings) and by far Your Move were the most professional and friendly therefore we chose to use them for our sale too. Unbelievably unprofessional!
We had to call three times to arrange the viewing of a property.
After the first two attempts of being told they would “get back to us” (they didn’t call back once) My husband finally made the third attempt and agreed on a date and time to view the property.
After standing outside the property for 20 minutes it became obvious that nobody was assisting the viewing. We called “Your Move Oliver James Beccles” to find out what was wrong only to be told they had no record of our appointment!
No, I wouldn’t recommend this business and would give zero stars for their communication skills!

We have very pleased with the service received from the Lowestoft Office from Nadia and Ashley. Everything has been done professionally and more importantly, we have been kept up to date with all transactions as they happen, saving a lot of anxiety! My wife & I recently experienced a traumatic move in Beccles to a bungalow which, although it ought to have been straightforward, turned out to be anything but not helped by our reticent estate agents.
