Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. Kim
8th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)Honestly the worst estate agents I have talked to. Trying to force us to talk to their mortgage person and when said no to, belittle you. Had two people call me not knowing what my details were and thinking I needed a mortgage when I don't. Just had a phone call from the "office" but from a 01473 number?? Saying if i still needed mortgage. NO. I asked if she was from the office and she said yes. I told her I wanted her to cancel my viewing but couldn't do that, I had to phone her colleague, when she's in the same office supposedly. Harry does not reply to emails. All properties that are for sale by them we just aren't looking at now.

From our initial meeting and valuation of the property with Paul, he came across very professional and honest. He provided accurate information regarding selling homes in this modern day climate. Our thanks to Richard for the super photography element of our house sale. Isobel and Millie from the Southwold office were both excellent at communicating throughout the process and always available to talk through things. We also spoke to Matthew in the Aldeburgh office who again represented the company extremely well and gave great advice regarding sales. As our house went into the sales progression side we would like to acknowledge Sabrina who was just amazing at chasing up and sorting any finer points as we approached the final stages of completion. We highly recommend Flick and Son for selling and can't thank them enough for making it stress free throughout. 10/10.
3rd Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)Alison at Durants has been so helpful from the start to moving in to our property. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She's such a lovely lady ???? I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. Everything has been so easygoing. We also got a lovely little card and pot plant on moving in. Thankyou all so much, esp Alison. From the beginning, they took the time to understand my needs and provided solutions that exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and consistent, and I was kept informed at every step. They handled challenges efficiently and always followed through on their commitments. The team members were very good.
8th May 2025 (9 days ago)Not impressed - asked them to provide a valuation of my property and to discuss the property and legal requirements if i wanted to rent it out. Website says "free valuation", and they suggested a fee was payable when i challenged this they left a pamphlet of information behind and despite chasing still not received my valuation, very poor attitude. If fees are involved advertise correctly, be transparent, then awkward conversations. Do not then promise a valuation and not deliver or communicate. Certainly not using them again.

Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.
20th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
30th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very brutal landlord agents, do not respond to issues, do not take inventory of worn out items that need replacing, do not show any concern for living standards of there tenants. Durrants =Tyrants.
24th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)We have used Iconic Estate Agents on several occasions now in order to market our rental properties, Gary and the team deal with all the marketing of the properties, deal with the viewings, reference and credit checks and produce the contracts and take care of the desposit as well as handing over of the keys to the new tenant . We have always found Gary and his team most helpful. Gary communicates with us and always provides a prompt and professional service. We would highly recommend using Iconic Estate Agents.

11th May 2025 (6 days ago)Their sales pitch to us about the service they would give was untrue, what they would do to promote our property was untrue, total lack of activity, their description of our property was totally lack lustre so we had to rewrite it highlight the features, photos had to be retaken, no feedback unless we asked for it, no suggestions on how to improve potential buyer interest, NO VIEWINGS during the whole contract period.
