Terrible. All for tenant not landlord. Unsuitable tenants and no recompense if there is damage. The deposit is just returned without permission.

I can not recommend Pete at ten enough, he has been fantastic since the start, any problems we had Pete was on it straight away and got it sorted. Always on the end of the phone when we had questions and always very friendly helpful. ??????????

I have now been with Ten Estate & Letting Agents for approximately 2 years. Now sufficient time to reflect and evaluate the service that I have from them, having being reluctant to give a review right from the outset in case their standards dropped over time.
However I received quality advice and guidance throughout, and this has been consistent. Even during the restrictive COVID times, they worked within the guidelines to ensure that The tenants and I were updated regarding all aspects of the letting. Their charges are very fair & they seem to know their way around the different external organisations in the region to find solutions & allay any worries or fears regarding the property. I have also been very impressed by the communication from the Agency and their ability to find suitable qualified workmen to carry out any repairs should the property require it, at a price that is competitive.
Having been with other agencies previously, I have found Ten Estate & Letting Agency to be the best to date.

Peter and Sabrena have truly been fantastic with the sale of our property. This is the second time we have used them in the last few years and I can't fault them. In the year of Covid with all the restrictions and lockdowns, Peter pulled a rabbit out of the hat every time and made the sale as seamless as possible , always available on the phone or email with advice and guidance, friendly professional manner, kind and caring. We used Ten to sell our property over the past year. I would thoroughly recommend the service offered by Peter and Sabrena. Of all the estate agents we have dealt with over the period they have been far the most professional, communicative and helpful.
The two most important factors to us were:
1.) A good sales advert with well taken quality photographs, which consider the best angles and way to present the property.
2.) A competent professional who doesn’t make silly mistakes, communicates well and knows the industry well.
Peter at Ten excelled in these areas - I would definitely use Ten again in the future. Thanks

Poor communication, and inaccuracies in email correspondence. Property was kept on all channels after the offer was accepted. Following documentation sent through, and solicitors agreed, received an email to say they had received a cash offer which had been accepted. Poor professionalism all round. Avoid.

Very highly recommended agent. We used 10 Property Agents to rent our property for nearly 2 years while we lived abroad and they were excellent from start to finish. Secured a tenant quickly and always on hand to resolve any problems or questions during the tenancy. We have now just used them to sell our property and they again found a buyer very quickly at our target price and oversaw the sale during these very difficult times! Friendly, knowledgeable and great service. Thank you.

"An OUTSTANDING service!"
We came across Ten Estate Agents by chance after browsing property online. After a quick call and one meeting we were really taken by what they had to offer.
We quickly sold 2 apartments (one of which was on the market with other local agents for over a year!) and bought a house through Ten so we were working with them for the best part of 9 months. During that time there wasn’t a week that went by that we didn’t hear from them. We were always updated and nothing was left to chance. They were in complete control of each chain and they were always one step ahead. We were particularly impressed in how they negotiated for us, overcoming any hurdle. For someone (me) that has done property developing as a living, trust me, this is a rare thing. To have that much confidence in an estate agent doesn’t come round very often. It was a pleasure to work with them and quite honestly a relief. Buying and selling can be stressful but this was not the case.
Between Peter and Sabrena they have every based covered. A very confident, proactive pair that run a very slick operation that get results you want. Do yourself a favour and give them a call, I guarantee you will not regret it.
A BIG thank you, to you both, for making everything happen. We are over the moon with our new home!
