5th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley

3rd Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had an overwhelming positive experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots. They came to see if they could assist with a property I was trying to sell as an executor. The previous agents had been given well over a year to find a viable buyer, with at that stage no positive outcome.<br><br>I found Grant and his team to be extremely professional and genuinely keen to help me sell the property. They explained things in a straightforward way and without any waffle.<br><br>I was extremely confident they would find me a buyer at a good price. Unfortunately for Harvey Robinson, the previous agent came up with a buyer who had viewed the property previously and was now in a position to proceed, albeit at a much lower price. However, due to circumstances I had to accept this low offer. I am fully confident had Harvey Robinson been given a shot at marketing they would have been able to achieve an asking price offer, but time wasn't on my side and I had others invested in selling the house.<br><br>What impressed me so much subsequent to this offer, was Harvey Robinson's continually presence and reassurance had the sale not proceeded (the previous agent had given me two other sales that fell through and various unviable offers, so odds weren't looking great for this one). Grant and his team were fully ready to step in at a moment's notice. Despite knowing I had a buyer they still produced a quality brochure, advised potential buyers and called me regularly to get updates.<br><br>I felt sure had they achieved a sale, any buyer would have been thoroughly qualified and the sale progressed rigorously.<br><br>I almost wish I had another house to sell in St Neots to give them a chance to actually earn some commission from me!<br><br>In the meantime, Grant, Kye and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!!

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. Very pleased.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and always responsive to any questions or maintenance requests we had during our stay. They made renting completely stress-free and proved to be genuinely reliable. When it came time to move out, the checkout process was handled just as professionally. They were fair, reasonable, and transparent regarding the deposit return, and everything was resolved quickly without any hassle. It is rare to find a letting agency that provides such consistent, high-quality service from move-in to move-out. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a few problems (not caused by them) and they did all the work for us to iron out the problems and ensure that the sale went through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and great value for money too :) We will definitely use them again.

3rd Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

Amaan went above and beyond with not only our mortgage but the entire moving process. He made such an effort to ensure we got the best deal and was always on hand to answer our questions. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even helped with chasing others and keep things progressing. We have used a previous advisor before and the experience and level of service was just incomparable. Amaan was 10/10 and we’ll never use anyone else.
