Not a good experience. I spent transportation money to Edgware to check out a property. After I saw the property, I liked it and communicated that to Elisa Henry, the agent in charge of the property. She told me to send my documents and the guarantors. The next day, I told her I was preparing to send my documents, and then she told me the property had been rented out to somebody else. She couldn’t even communicate it to me; I had to text her before she told me. What a coward. They are so unprofessional, and I’ll never recommend them to anyone. Totally abysmal

Maria was absolutely amazing! She had our best interest at heart at all time and she could not do enough to get our house sold. Even when things went wrong with our first buyer, at no fault of Maria, did she remain positive and helped us find another buyer within days of having had to go back to market. And thanks to her, we are now in our dream home. I would highly recommend Maria if you are thinking of selling your house. You would not find a more dedicated agent anywhere else.

I am so pleased I went with The Homes Group for my house sale. It may be a tough time for the property market, with interest rates reducing the number of potential buyers, but our agent Maria found the right buyers for me.
Maria kept me informed at every step and had the patience of a saint with all of my questions - including industry ones that were more to do with easing my concerns about what I was buying.
