Honestly, the whole process was much quicker than I expected. Almost everything was completed within 7 days, and I had the keys to my new home in no time!<br><br>I would especially like to appreciate Beth and Carly for their excellent service. Both have been extremely professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. What I really appreciate is that they don’t just wait for you to contact them; they proactively send emails to check on progress, ask if there are any issues, and make sure everything is going smoothly.<br><br>Their communication and customer service have been outstanding, which made the whole experience much easier and stress-free for me.<br><br>A big thank you to Beth, Carly, and the Northwood team for making my first experience so positive. Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism, knowledge and recent tenacity when dealing with tenants on my behalf has been second to none. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with Jess going forward and feel confident that my properties continue to be in very safe hands.
10th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.
