My daughter and son in law were unlucky enough to have dealings with these people and have ended their tenancy paying what in my view are extortionate fees to the landlords, who it seems are looking for every possible excuse to retain my daughters deposit. Equally they have insisted on charging my daughter rent for periods in which she was not in occupancy as she helpfully found alternative accommodation when the landlords demanded they vacate at short notice, despite having a child under 4 in the house.

I was very apprehensive and nervous as I was about to embark on a deal of opening our first location up the North and unfortunately it won’t be happening due to the lack of professionalism and time wasters at Jets Estates.
I have viewed premises at 33 Northenden Rd at the beginning of March 2021 - absolutely buzzing to open up in Sale! It all went well with the booking with Michelle she was lovely ???? On the day I walked into the property and there was no electric to what the staff member Roger have said he’s not sure why there’s no power in there. The place looked nice, a little work needed doing but it was okay overall. I have asked how long it’s been on the market for, then Roger have replied that it’s been on for about a year because they’ve had lots of time wasters. Well, let me tell you one thing - Jets Estates is a time waster if you’re looking to open a prospering business fast you need to look somewhere else.
As I liked the location, the size and the costs I have put the offer down, got accepted by the landlady and here’s where the fun part starts. June 2021 received a contract to sign - July 2021 I’m being informed there’s no electric within the property. Then the cherry on the cake... there is no meter as it’s been disconnected and the agent didn’t know why and when it happened. Unluckily, the utility company went bust in August and as it takes the agent forever to get any info I’ve asked for the details and make calls myself.
There’s a very poor communication or I shall say no communication with certain staff members unless you make a contact yourself.
January 2022 - 10 months down the line and still no electric within the premises and no timescale of when it’s going to happen.
Want to open your business? Stay as far away from this agent.

Their communication was great, they were always punctual and thorough when conducting viewings and they remained proactive all the way through to the point of completion. This company are a waste of time. Do not advertise with them. We were interested in a commercial property and they could not be bothered sending details or a viewing.
Shockingly the same property still listed on their website.
We are trying to expand our business but you stumble across time wasters like this.

Worst estate agents we have ever used. Will probably reply to this message to defend themselves but they truly are a shady bunch.
Watch out if you are renting with the check in pictures and check out pictures. On check out they will even crawl underneath the toilet to find a mark.
Had to reach an agreement ourselves as we couldn't afford to wait for some money as we need for the deposit on our new place. They took over half our £975 for a sink which came with scratches on (listed in the agreement) and for cleaning to a carpet which we had hovered and cleaned ourselves, not professionally cleaned as neither my wife or myself smoke or have pets.
They even tried to get us to jet wash a "driveway" which is used as a dumping ground for the local takeaways (one next door and the other two doors away) aswell as a one stop opposite.
The owner of 8a Lostock Road is a Stephen A Taylor who is in the picture with all the other jets staff as he owns it, so in hindsight we never stood a chance when being ripped off.
Please also beware of all the 5 star reviews being from people with only one review as this is known to be friends helping out more often than not.
Go to Rooftops or any other agent but avoid this one at all costs.
One last thing to note is that whilst Michelle, Olivia and the team come across as very nice at the start of proceedings, just watch how they change at the end.

They were confident that they could achieve a sale price higher than we expected and they then delivered on this. Yes they are more expensive than some of the fixed fee estate agents but you get what you pay for! Thanks to Roger and the rest of the team at Jets.

2.We have used Jets for buying and selling property over the last few years. From a selling point of view they went the extra mile to maximize our sale price as we had agreed an incentive scheme in place which seemed to work well. As part of this they thoroughly vetted the potential tenants as well as arranging viewings plus dealing with all the necessary paperwork and deposit etc. I found all the staff I dealt with to be very courteous, friendly and extremely professional and as a landlord I thoroughly and highly recommend them.

As someone who and I quote was given "super tenant status" by Jets, they really showed their true colours when trying to bleed the security deposit. Martin Parker & Olivia Wilson both acted highly unprofessional (e.g. not adhering to legal legislation on any correspondence) and I was told mistruths, on numerous occasions through the checkout process.
For someone with 'super tenant status' you would expect that I would have looked after the property on 6 Bridgewater Street (which I did) however Jets requested £1061 of my deposit which was 83% of the total, the majority of this was for items which I have now challenged with TDS.
Just a word of warning for anyone who challenges Jets, they charge you £195 for a dispute.
That's correct. If you are not comfortable with the checkout costs, most of which are vastly inflated against market rate, Jets will charge you £195 to dispute this.
I am absolutely certain that if Stephen E Taylor who runs Jets (be it a LTD company or Sole Trader - I am still waiting for them to confirm), did not own the property that I rented for just under 2 years they would not have cared. I am more than happy for anyone to compare the pictures I have and the pictures Jets have taken. Which will be disputed with TDS.
For me I am not bothered about the money, more that Jets will lie and slither like the snakes they are and want other tenants and anyone else reading to be aware.

Its not often I write reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. Martin Parker has been excellent to deal with - he is enthusiastic, straight forward and if he says he will do something - he will!! An agency you may not have thought about due to it not being located on School Road - but its well worth a consideration if you have a property to sell or let AND want it SOLD or LET!

Look no further than Steve and his Team at Jets if you are looking to let out your commercial property. I doubted very much that Steve would be able to achieve the estimated rental income for my property as his estimate was much higher than other agents. Not only was the estimate exceeded but Jets are significantly more professional than other agents that I have used in the past.

After renting in various properties across Manchester, we moved a little further out to Lymm, and found the service from Jets excellent. We had negative experiences renting in the past, and found Jets to be among the few agents that are supportive of both the tenants and landlord equally. During our rental Jets were approachable with queries, and responded in a timely manner. We also found the staff and landlord happy to discuss any issues that arose, and to resolve them well (not that we had many). We would most definately recommend Jets!

I find the staff to be very professional, and enthusiastic.Large or small suites are usually let quickly with little fuss.
Importantly the scale of fees is very competitive.

Jets, and in particular Martin Parker, gave us a first class, professional service and enabled us to find a new tenant for our offices in just a few weeks. He was always available by telephone and even answered on his days off!
Martin was willing to set up multiple viewings and attended them all himself, highlighting the positive aspects of the property, and its location, to prospective tenants.
The Jets office staff are particularly friendly and willing to help. They are also open 7 days a week too.
All in all a hassle free and very professional business experience.

Having established market value for my 3 bed semi by way of 3 well known national agents - I contacted the team at Jets as recommended by one of my friends.
Steve, the proprietor, explained how they - through aggressive local and on-line marketing - would achieve a sale price of at least 10% higher than other 3 estate agents
I love a challenge and was intrigued by the unique manner in which Jets would take my home to market.
The result came in nearer to 20% more than the highest of the 3 nationals and can't tell you what this means to me and my family as every penny counts so much to us.
I can't stop talking to all my friends about our experience and felt compelled to put it into words

I have just completed a sale through Jets which, thanks to Roger has been completely stress free for me. A few queries cropped up during the sale (to do with the seller) and Roger jumped on these and sorted them out straight away.
I was particually impressed with the communication from Roger who kept me updated every step of the way and went out of his way to help, so much so that I didn't have to make any calls to the office and given that this is a shared ownership property I couldn't have asked for more.
I cannot recommend Jets highly enough and would advise everybody to use them.

Staff seem friendly at first, I enquired about a property to rent, only to be told the rent has gone up by £75 (conventiently) on the day of my booked viewing - which I suspect is because lots of people showed interest. I had plenty of discussion regarding the original rent price, and at no point did they mention this "mistake" in price. Very unhappy of how it's been dealt with.
