Worst estate agents on the planet. Rooky owns the dodgy place, she suffers with hysteria and is extremely delusional. They breech every data protection regulation there is and ignore every health and safety regulation the government has ever put in place to protect tenants. I would seriously look elsewhere if your considering renting or buying a place unless you dont value your health and want to live a damp riddled property which has no fire safety equipment fitted... We used Thistle estates to sell our flat in Moseley. Everything was done quite quickly and the fees are very reasonable. I was a little concerned they only advertise on zoopla and a few other websites (not rightmove) but we still achieved a good sale price. Overall I would definitely use them again.... Read more
