We purchased a property through this agent. We found they were very supportive in all our request and facilitated numerous viewings of the property without issue. All through the process we were kept updated weekly by Natalie, whom we found to be very professional. The day we collected the keys from their office we were presented with a moving in box of goodies - the only thing we would say is that they need to review the contents as many of the vouchers within it were out of date. Are you sure? Regarding the Google review of 1 star from Sandra L If you answer to a serious comment it would be nice and professional to sign your reply. In real fact as you know twice I was looking for renting a property and apply on line but I realized that as Sandra L it is absurd from you a 3rd degree interrogation. I would understand when both the party agreed for the letting and clearly details would be available to you, but not giving you before all the details where you do not need in the first instant. How many properties are you letting this morning? 5, so I do not see such Drama from you, lucky you are not letting in Cambridge you would come out with the idea or require from the candidate a blood sample or the question how many pints do you drink for week? Do you remember the old fashion application for Job? Selling: please read what you wrote your replied over Sandra comment it is not making any sense when the property talking about the" Exclusive further afield" .Are you sure ? check over the google map position or as you wrote "require more information", so if I have in a property in East Street of St Ives where do you think it would be suitable with new logo or the old ? How relevant is for you my property when you differentiate one logo to another? Should be equally relevant to you? this is why your selling of property stay longer on the market more than it should be. It is with concern how Ellis & Winters is operating in St Ives Letting: It is clear that Ellis wants to cut the stress in selecting the right people for the letting of properties, but how fair it can be When you apply for a rental property on line you have to enter and fill in the pre- selected form called Rental Viewing Application where clearly can isolate many applicants with a 3rd degree interrogation no matter if you are just making an enquiry or asking of viewing, so say goodbye to your personal date details. Starting from basic question to the credit score and more Yes, you wondering if you are applying for a mortgage or borrowing money What I found over the top when Ellis wants to know your income, which does not include bonuses and overtime. Ellis calculated that for a rent of a property of £650 pcm you need an income of gross £ 19.500 pa. If less, you need a guarantor. No Ellis I am sorry you alienated the people working in the public sector as nurses or in the hospitality for your personal unfair convenient evaluation A person with £ 15.000 a year is still able to pay the rent of £ 650, so dear Ellis you need to be a little more open and not prejudiced. As a mature professional person I can afford any logical fair rent but I am not prepared to be involved in a demoting application taking away your dignity for the pleasure of Ellis with the fact that possibly in any way no one from Ellis office would consider my application for convenience and personal criteria for avoiding waste of time ,yes a discriminatory indeed after giving on line many personal details and so be evaluated from someone you never met. I am a person and not a digital date base for your . Selling : Ellis in St Ives is working with 2 logos for selling the property, so Ellis is the new logo giving a better service than the old logo? What is the difference you are offering from the old to the new logo when the same person is answering for any enquiry for both the logos? Natalie is a great estate agent. She worked so hard and got our sale completed when we were starting to lose hope. She is dedicated, patient and kind. Every other person we spoke to at Ellis Winters were also very helpful. The only downside was the completion “gift” they gave us when we collected the keys, were we given a box of expired coupons. The only ones in date were for “if you spend £500, you get £10 off”. Prosecco would have been a nicer touch.... Read more
