When I wanted to sell my property I chose a few estate agents to come and give me an estimate of what it could sell for. Some of them seemed very unenthusiastic and gave me quite low prices. As soon as Belvoir came out to me, they there SOOO enthusiastic and excited about the property, I nearly re bought it myself ???? and I knew they were exactly who I wanted to go with! They gave me the highest selling price out of everyone who gave me an estimate and we even got offers over asking price!
My dealings with Belvoir have been fab. I have been mostly dealing with Steff, who is like having a friend at the end of the phone I can call whenever! What I ever I ask of her, she does! She works so hard, and although we haven't reached the end just yet, I know she is doing everything she can to get us there!!

Honestly, I have read the review of the Belvoir then only contacted them for the property. I have viewed the property and filled the application form. When i took follow up, one of the member said on the phone call that they have sent my application to the landlord, and when i called it back after 5 hours, person who showed me the property she said property is gone to another person and said she didn't receive my application/*interest* at all. As far as I know she was well much aware about how much I was interested. Then why at the first place belvoir mentioned about the application has been sent to landlord, if they haven't received my detail. Its their job to get the detail for the person who was ready to book property at the same time. Worst worst time i have ever had with the Belvoir !!!!! They have made partial choice just because I was an international.

Awful awful awful!!! Lied all the time, mushrooms growing downstairs, leaking showers celling collapsed in kitchen, damp rising, smelly carpets, no contact apart from asking for rent, not with them more that's why I'm reviewing them, Lucy was the worst one, rude, rang up for advice an she ws rude so I ws rude back.
Update : that's weird as I have photographic proof of actual paper work stating " we must leave end of April as landlord wants house back" an it was a bluff which one of my house mates fell for an left the poor bloke, he's Turkish an his English ain't great an that's discusting to do that, also belvoir done over 10 room checks in a Yr, it's not supported accommodation so that ain't right, not to mention no garder once ( I ws doing it) window cleaner once, they would check rooms but not sort out the problems I've stated an have proof of, an by the way this is the first bad review I've ever done on google

Great experience with Gloucester Belvoir agency. Anthony, Lucy and Georgia do an excellent job with efficiency and reactivity. When a repair is needed in the house or in your room, they contact the landlord and a handyman is sent to fix the issue. They also do a good follow up when you are in the checking process and do not hesitate to answer your questions as fast as they could. What I particularly appreciate is that I obtained a new mattress because I could feel the strings of the old one and Georgia brought me in person a new toaster as the old one was out of order. Therefore I strongly recommend this agency for those who look for a house because I m very happy with my bright and lovely ensuite room located in a quiet and nice area.

We decided to put our house on the market and decided to book Belvoir for a valuation of our property.
The agent, Leo Cooper, was certainly professional and warm welcoming.
Being new to the process, Leo was able to give us an entire overview of the process and we instantly knew Belvoir would be the suited agent for us to sell our property.
Within a day of signing up with them, we had professional photos took of our property by Leo (free of charge) and our house was listed before we knew it the same week.
We gained a large influx of interest having 14 viewings within 24/48 hours on the first week of listing.
Throughout the process Leo’s professionalism and work showed, always communicating with us and also helping research into properties we were thinking of moving to. He also worked early / later hours responding to messages / questions that I had which was great service albeit he didn’t have to!
Leo was able to provide suitable contacts for an EPC reading at a reasonable cost.
Although we decided not to proceed with the sale of our property, this was purely a client reason and nothing to do with the agency. Belvoir were super professional from start to end with a seamless cancellation without any hidden fees, strings or T&Cs.
I would definitely recommend Belvoir as an agency to list your property with, as their knowledge and professionalism really shows just from one Agent within the Agency, let alone the rest of the The Belvoir Team.

I have also been a tenant of 4 other letting agents over the last 14 years, I have nothing but angst for previous letting agents after failings and general misconduct during tenancy and at the completion of tenancy.
I have found Belvoir to be refreshing and that Eliza in particular has been a breath of fresh air in her approach. If there is ever a fault or a need to get in touch Belvoir are always quick to act and has the interest of me as a tenant and my landlord which makes a change.
I would 100% recommend Belvoir, I don’t really have any disadvantages of working with them, it is a difficult position for a letting agent to be the “middle men” but like I said working with others Belvoir without doubt come out top to the other main name letting agents in Gloucester I have worked with.
With regards to their tenant fees they seem pretty average with the market so no complaints they do seem high for credit checks and so on but at the end of the day it’s how letting agents create an income stream so it’s understandable.
All in all I’m happy that I’m a tenant, I have not departed the property but I have faith that they will not try to fleece me at this point based on the service I have received so far.

I'm very satisfied with Belvoir. It is not always easy to find people or company whom you could believe. The apartments I saw were absolutely clean with modern amenities (wash machine/dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/little freezer - everything built-in!) I like this apartment. The bathroom is on the same level.. and plus I've got big window in every single room - which is an amazing! Also viewing, money transfer, paperwork - were done easily and professionally. If I'll need move again and the Belvoir will offer apartments I need, I will not think and go into it!

I have used Belvoir Gloucester as a Landlord for 10 years now and have always been pleased with the service they provide. I have 3 properties which Belvoir Gloucester manage and in the last 10 years, I have had no void periods which says a great deal for their marketing and tenant finding.
They deal well with any property issues and have a range of trades on call that rectify issues quickly and at reasonable cost.
The staff in the office are friendly and I have a good working relationship with Nicola and Elize. If you are a landlord, I would recommend giving them a try.
