Highly Recommended Estate Agent - Tony Was a Lifesaver
Buying my first property was an incredibly stressful and difficult process, made even harder by my solicitors, who failed me at many levels. At one point, I nearly lost the property due to their neglect. However, Tony truly went above and beyond to help me. He acted as a vital link between the seller and myself, managing to calm the seller, who was on the verge of pulling out due to the issues caused by my solicitors.

Could you please not drop flyers on the floor. Today I have a big problem with my child because the floor becomes slippery with a lot of paper. We also have elderly people in the building who can easily fall and injure themselves. I just ask for a little more responsibility from your paper deliverers.

Recently sold my flat in Northolt with Tony & Paul Estate Agents and I can’t praise them highly enough. Both Tony & Paul themselves offered excellent service from the very first phone call and were always friendly, patient and super responsive on emails or returning calls. Every property sale will have some bumps on the road, like mine did, and they were always helpful plus offered great advice which is exactly what you need as a seller and that I’m very thankful for. Believe me not every estate agent is like this. Tony & Paul offer that personal touch and level of customer service which, sadly, isn’t the norm these days. Just pop into their office or give them a call and you’ll pick up on this service I’ve mentioned. I highly recommend Tony & Paul if you are selling a property in the area!

I have purchased and sold many properties over the years and this is the first time I dealt with Tony Paul's. I can honestly say that this was the best agent I have dealt with. I had some challenges and the team supported me all the way to smoothly complete a purchase. They also trusted what I was telling them (other agents would typically question motives and reasons and you don't feel there is a build of trust). As a buyer, I was very happy to see they trusted my offer, did not do silly things like trying to bring other people to the property and start a bidding war etc etc, they just did what they said! Highly recommended and I know I will be dealing with them again in the future. They have a long tenure in the area and really understand the local market, so trust in their advise, they are not after quick money.

Disgrace to Tony Meghani for his fabrications.People with no dignity like Tony Meghani,give bad impression to tie and suite presenters.
I was living more than 8 years in the 3 Bedford House,TheFarmlands,Northolt,UB55EX - UNFURNISHED FLAT.I had the worst experience with Estate Agent Tony Paul, respectively Tony Meghani which may be the main landlord in the shadow; problems with mould, dumb and mice /rats with extreme bed insulation from day 1,since I moved in on 2010 with a friend of mine, until present January 2019.When we moved in we were students in the beginning otherwise I would have moved out long ago.
Previous tenant told us the same, it looked well cosmetic painted,.. but when you move in' you see the extreme bad insulation, especially in the low temperatures and cold weather (seePhotos).
You will face lots of problems and you will be blame by Tony Meghani like you do not know how to live, imagine and see his character who gives lecture!? Tony prefers you to pay him Rent and go and live in Hotel or outside, otherwise always before the contract ends, you will be asked to paint the flat,threatening "landlord my not extend the contract" even though is his and his father fault for bed insulation,and is his obligation to let it as per health and safety living standards.
Tony Meghani when he does let a flat/house he insists to teach you how to live in, for his profit only, and not to look after you and the problems you face with his property as his tenant.
When you have a problem you will never see the landlord;but there are two Meghani-brothers,Tony passes hot plate to Cyril Meghani pretending to be "landlord".This is their play game.
Flat 3 Bedford House,UB55EX,has more Fan Extractors than any factory with normal square metre, a)3 in each room /living room; (two in the walls and one above windows); b)2 in the bathroom (1 in the wall and 1 above window); c)1 big cold blowing fan continually-in the corridor; d) two or three in the kitchen; and the main door brings all the time extreme cold.
Flooring insulation is extremely bad and cold,I had problems with rats; can access through behind / underneath the kitchen(see pictures when I will upload)kitchen not tailed behind ,is extreme bad.Laminated flooring did myself extreme cold for kids.
On15 August 2017,Tony Meghani tried to rip me off by asking £100CASH as he asking;landlord has obligations to check for"Right to Rent Check";imagine!?.Without no grounds no legal requirements for charge,but lies and fabrications.They did to other tenants as well.
It is not our obligation to pay the money but Tony Meghani is used to abuse tenants and make money illegal in"CASH".
When all things messed up by Tony,he presented his brother Cyril Meghani lately involved,pretending to be landlord and he is not in the contract,and I have never seen him for now 8years.
P.S.You replied toMr.Azemi's comment review,pretending you were following the Law.But I will show you some of the facts you required from Mr.Azemi which I could not believe you let out your personal or"father's"flat without being completed. You replied toMr.Azemi,as I was"poorly keeping the flat",but for last contract extension you gave me a letter of Compliment for looking after flat.

1.See photo of the letter of compliment you gave us,as we were maintaining your flat outside the contract requested by you. Otherwise you always threatened us to not extend the contract
2.SeePhoto;Bad insulation and extreme problems with mould dump and small disgusting.
3.Seephoto;of unfinished kitchen underneath, and rats having access in the flat.
4.TheE-mail and other details that you asked us money .
5.4Years waiting to change an Oven,since we entered in the flat.
I called on Tony's Office, I've spoken with PAUL.This happened after we clashed for £100 CASH,you asked;then followed by your call next day and being embarrassed that Paul knows your fabrications,...you asked me Why you told Paul for everything.

They have treated my friend very unfair and are always tying to get more pocket money in cash outside the contract and not willing to spend money in any of their properties...
Tony always 1 month before the contract renewal asks the tenants to repair the flats/houses in order to renew the contract as his properties have no insulation and are mouldy and smell disgusting and are very cold.
I would never recommend this estate agents to anyone!!!

I have to say that Siobhan at Tony Paul is very approachable, prompt and helpful. She never gets annoyed and take time to explain the situation and follow up to make sure that you are happy with all the paperwork. I had some situation last time but the way she allowed to walk with me, the whole process was painless and transparent. That was my first letting using the agency service and I could not choose any better than Tony and Paul. They were just brilliant! Everything went smooth and quick. Professional and efficient. Big thank you especially for Siobhan who was very patient with us, organized and helpful. Whole process took only 2 weeks and we could move in.
