I called last week for a property to rent, they told me that they are still tenants in it so when they have the keys will contact me to arrange a viewing! They didn't, so I called and then they explained to me that the tenant have a problem with the house which he should move in so he will stay longer! I asked why they didn't let me know about that , the answer was "oh, we have few lines and there are a lot of people calling for that property so maybe that's why. I asked a friend of mine to call as well and to her they said that someone already applied and they paid even deposit so its not available anymore! Very disappointed ad very unprofessional!!... Very unprofessional, awful experience. I spoke with them over the phone about a viewing. Following that I received a confirmation of the viewing via text and i travelled 1h at 8pm in the evening to get to the location and have no one to show me the apartment. NO ONE TURNED UP. Apparently they did not confirm with the tenant yet sent me a text of confirmation to attend a viewing. So very disappointed.... Read more

There has been some good service, they gave me somewhere to live when no one else would. But, please be aware. If you are a vulnerable person, as I was, a single parent with no support! Make sure, you get everything in writing, confirm all arrangements, basically, most definitely cover your own back! Do not trust them with your deposit, twice I had large amounts deducted. Once when the Tenancy Deposit scheme was involved and once when the Tenancy Deposit scheme was not involved. I was a good tenant who did not cause them any problems. They will always back the landlords up, that is where they get their wages from.... Read more

Is it ever possible to do ZERO star..? Their customer service is worst than terrible. If you call this particular branch and you heard Malik or Yussef (whatever their names are now) both guys are so rude... even when they stood you up at a property whilst you wait (on an appointment confirmed in my presence at their office) they never issue "I'm sorry"... and were giggling audibly on the phone while talking to me... disgusting company. All they're after really is their commission. #disgusting... Read more
