I’ll recommend Trading Places to anyone looking out to rent or buy. My process renting was easier than I ever imagined. In few days, I got a place that’s 100% my taste. Clean and well maintained property.

We recently sold our home through Trading Places and I can’t recommend them enough. As one of the smaller state agents based in Whitley Bay they perhaps weren’t an obvious choice but this is one of their strengths as they are able to offer a more personalised service.
After they had sold a different property on our street I contacted them and after meeting Lauren and Anna in person I knew they were the agent for us. They offered frank advice which we appreciated and agreed a plan for the sales approach. As a busy family one thing that we valued is that they like to do the viewings for you. For us this was over two days which meant that we weren’t having to have the house viewing ready for viewings over multiple days which as a godsend!
The post sale service was also excellent with ourselves and our buyers kept up to date throughout the process. It was a bit of a journey for us but we were supported, advised and reassured throughout.
Honestly can’t recommend Trading Places highly enough!

Can’t thank all the staff at Trading Places enough for finding a tenant for my rental property. Outstanding communication from start to finish and particularly impressed with the systems used for vetting potential candidates. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have been dealing with this agency for the last 3 years. I believe it is run/led by all women team. They are all efficient... and had no issues so far. I would highly recommend them.

Will be leaving another 1 star review as they don't seem to want to do the repairs when they're classed as an emergency. Rang up to say the hot tap wasn't working on bath just to be told I have to do it online which is a right mess on. Never got around to it as I was busy with my 2 year old daughter who was ill and ended up in the hospital for 3 days on oxygen with lung infection, finally got home and had to use a bowl to fill the bath with some water just to get washed which I think is disgusting after they were told over the phone we had no hot tap to get washed. So I've reported it on Thursday and it's now Sunday and still no hot tap for us to get washed.
MY OTHER REVIEW HAS BE TAKEN DOWN BUT BASICALLY THEY LEFT ME WITH A LEAKING BOILER FOR A YEAR AND HALF WHICH DAMAGED MY BELONGINGS AND TOLD ME IT WASNT GETTING FIXED BECAUSE I COULDNT DO THE DAY THEY BOOKED WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME IF I WAS AVAILABLE

Absolute professionalism from start to finish. Calls returned promptly, updates provided throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Lauren, Chloe and Judith listened to what we wanted, marketed the property swiftly, booked in back to back viewings and sold our home within 24 hours. Helped with contacts for removals, glaziers, builders, you name it, they helped. Even gave tips on how to cook our Xmas turkey in the Aga! Cannot recommend enough - the team are simply amazing!

Tracey dealt with my Purchase and was in constant contact with myself & the Vendor. We had a couple of hurdles to clear but we got there in a short space of time!
Tracey did a fantastic job and provided a brilliant service.
