30th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

23rd Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I was lied. I was not properly informed. I was harassed by Teri Dunning’s emails telling me and pushing me to sell and leave my house with my stuff in time when I was not able to do so! I was explaining this many times to her but she knew better. Complete fail with dealing with disable people who can’t do things fast and in such a stress which can have very serious consequences on health and even life. Very disappointing process Teri Dunning may be nice to others but she was not nice to me. That’s my opinion and I won’t change it because more people can find themselves in my place in the future. She was angry at me, she was pushing me into doing what she wanted me to do no matter what it ment to my health! Then she got revenge on me with no respect when my decision was to defend myself and my health! Immature behavior. I’ve got answer from Pattinson and they are not so nice like this public answer every person can see under my opinion. Pattinson don’t care about people neither for their agent’s behavior only for Pattinson’s business.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed, even helping with things outside of their remit. They were also exceptional at dealing with the inevitable bumps in the road throughout the process, handling everything professionally and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and very easy to work with. Their support and professionalism made the whole experience much smoother.

From the moment we stepped into the office to register our interest in a new property and were met with Lisa’s lovely smile we couldn’t have been better looked after. We went on to buy the first property that Lisa suggested we look at, which was absolutely perfect for us. We are also selling through RMS Whitley Bay and similarly are enjoying a superior service.

Very smooth transition, excellent communication between conveyancers (who Mansons recommended), tenants and myself. Just over three months from agreement to market prperty to completion of sale. Faultless and to be highly recommended.
