Helen and Dan have been excellent throughout our recent renting experience. Dan was always very helpful on the phone and made sure we were contacted quickly about our many enquiries, Helen has been super helpful and supportive and has gone above and beyond her daily working time to ensure we were able to move into our rental property to suit our circumstances. Would give 0 stars if I could . Was supposed to be viewing a few properties and the estate agent continually ignored me , ignored my calls , ignored my messages , didn’t show me the 2 houses . When I phoned the estate agent I kept been given excuses like he’s on his lunch and he will phone you after and he never did . The worst estate agent I have dealt with , so unhelpful and absolutely no customer service skills
