Brian from TRG Lawrence was the first agent of your 3 recommendations to visit me for a valuation. I had already looked online at the prices of similar properties to mine and he advised me what he thought it should be marketed at and what he felt would be achievable. I had also checked his website and other agents and was happy with this so when he mentioned his commission rate which was extremely competitive I decided to sign him up straight away. Partly this was due to the fact it was a bright day and I feel external photos look better with a natural partly blue sky especially in the winter. He showed me the photos and retook one and added an extra couple. He put it on his website and other major platforms within a day which was very prompt. He had advised that the market was very quiet being December and I might not get many viewings. I had weekly follow-up phone calls advising me how many people had viewed online or asked for a brochure. The viewing of my property was conducted by Nathan and I answered a couple of questions afterwards. An offer was made direct to TRG Lawrence and then Brian asked my opinion and gave me his thoughts which coincided with mine. He went back to the prospective buyer and managed to get him to increase the offer to what I would accept. I would wholeheartedly recommend TRG Lawrence to anyone and I'm very glad he was one of your recommendations.... Read more
