Caroline and her team were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Through the various ups and downs of a long and frustrating process (buyers and solicitors!), we felt as though Humberts crossed the finish line with us as personal friends!
We have sold and bought many houses over the past 30 years, with many agents around the country. I have to say, our experiences with Humberts (this is our second), have been absolutely spot on. A brilliant team with such a great ethos of customer care.

We would definitely recommend Humberts to anyone thinking of selling their home.Caroline herself carried out the majority of the viewings. They are a very professional and reliable company always at the end of the phone and very efficient at giving feedback on viewings.
Our sale wasn't a straightforward sale due to it having an agricultural tie but Mary had some knowledge about ties and did an amazing job at filtering out the right people who complied.
Above all we felt like they cared about us and it wasn't just another sale. Thank-you so much Caroline and Mary.

Caroline Ardley and her team at Humberts Taunton have recently sold our cottage in Stogumber.
They secured a large number of viewings by a combination of online and press advertising with the added bonus of getting the property featured in the national press. They conducted the viewings for us and kept us informed of the feedback.
Offers were dealt with very promptly and they achieved a price which we are very satisfied with.
Throughout the process they were very professional, discreet and easy to deal with.

I cannot praise Caroline Ardley and Taunton Humberts highly enough.
In a really challenging market for buyers she has managed to combine efficiency, experience, and determination, with integrity and consideration.
Unlike some other agents, who seem to have lost the above, she has been true to her word, kind, and straightforward.
Moving to be nearer family has been complicated by the pandemic, but Caroline has been/is, consistently supportive, positive and has gone the extra mile to steer us through.
In our experience the quality of properties we have viewed with Humberts has been consistently very good too, and as advertised.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We bought during lockdown and the process was not easy with many issues that had to be resolved.
Caroline was always proactive in addressing problems and chased the other parties in the chain to ensure that things kept moving in the right direction.
Her communication was excellent and we felt that we were updated at every step with the key information we needed.

We sold our property at Fitzhead through Caroline (agent) and Mary (office). Not an easy sale given split parcel and agricultural nature. I have to say they were outstanding. Caroline got the property, it’s potential and likely purchasing client brilliantly. Priced it within an ounce and delivered on all her promises from our initial meeting.
Throughout the sale both Caroline and Mary could not do enough to reassure, keep us informed and keep a great dialogue open between us. Best agent we’ve ever used bar none.

70,000 reasons to choose Humberts! We have just completed our sale and Caroline and her team were so professional throughout what became a convoluted sale!
One of the more ‘ traditional’ agents Stags in Taunton gave us valuation of 425k, presumably to get a quick sale commission.
Caroline and us agreed 500k , which through her hard work, excellent communication skills and personality she achieved for us! ( reduced to £495k post survey, not down to Humberts!)
We cannot recommend her highly enough- she was so popular in our small village she sold 3 houses within a couple of weeks

She is professional , helpful , keeps you informed at every stage of the transaction. She gives 100% of herself.

We used Caroline Ardley at Taunton Humberts for the sale of a Grade two listed property of significant value.
From the first moment of meeting her to the conclusion of the sale, she could not have been bettered for her enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment. All of us involved in the sale couldnt be happier with her and her hard work to bring the sale to a conclusion.
Oh and we sold before we had formally come to market as she used her contacts to introduce our buyers to the house!
