Awful agents to be a tenant with, use them if you want to be charge £125 every 12 months to have a date changed on your contract, if you want your deposit back be prepared to wait, aperently a bank transfer takes 5-7 working days! A company who cares only for landlords and the bottom line, company have left one very stressed out employee to run the branch single handedly. Stay clear if you can, but hay they can always find another mug to rent off them.

We have been residential landlords for many years ( over 25 years ) and always sourced our own tenants it was disappointing that the amount of people willing or able to use private landlords diminish to minimal levels . We realized that to find good tenants in the future we would have to use an agency . We came across Trowbridge Lettings Liskeard and thank goodness we did , they are fantastic . Led by Judith who is lovely so knowledgeable and caring ,her and the team are really professional , they can't do enough for you and go the extra mile to find the right and best person to suit your property whether it is a general town house or something exclusive that needs that extra special family to rent it . Katie is great , a prospective tenant commented on their first visit what a lovely telephone manner she has . When they met her they were still suitably impressed with her attitude to her work . Then there is Simon and Marilyn in the office ,when ever you call in or phone they always answer your queries and solve any problems . We are really happy to have them on 'our' team and will continue to let them find our future tenants
