I recently had a terrible experience with this agency while trying to view a flat. I had an appointment to view the property at 14:15 with Valeria Rossi, the Director. However, I had to wait for 25 minutes, only to find out that another person was also having their viewing 15 mins after mine. And took them in before us.... When I inquired about the situation, I found out that the other person was shown the flat even though they arrived later than me, and they were also from the same language group as the director. This behavior is very unprofessional, unethical, and most likely racist. I was completely disgusted by the way I was treated at this agency, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff showed no consideration for their clients, and it is evident that they favor certain individuals based on their ethnic background. This agency lacks integrity and respect for its clients, and it is not a place where one can expect fair treatment. Thank you.... Read more

I have rented in the UK for almost 10 years now. This is now the 9th property I have lived in for the past 2 years. As you can imagine I have gone through plenty of agencies and agents, and 99% of the time I wanted to either pull my hair out, or sue.. This experience however has been nothing but amazing! Valeria and her whole team have been so exceptional, it makes me not want to leave! As much as I am excited for the next chapter for me, I will truly always appreciate this experience! Any issues or questions I've had were dealt with extremely quickly and with amazing human touch! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Very smooth process through from initial application to viewings and then checking into the property. Would be a 5 star, however the tenant referencing software used (Vouch) was very annoying, sending emails and texts to tenants, guarantors and guarantors bosses every day at 10am - it felt like I was being vetted for a mortgage more than a basic tenancy! However, could not fault the team at Unico - thank you very much to Jason and Valeria for their help.... Read more

I had arranged a flat viewing with Jason R. from unico, I showed up and was left waiting for 15 minutes after which I was told the viewing is not going to happen. I had to personally instigate about what happened, Jason never contacted me, the blame was put on tenants even though it is clearly agency responsibility to confirm the upcoming appointments....
