I have rented in the UK for almost 10 years now. This is now the 9th property I have lived in for the past 2 years. As you can imagine I have gone through plenty of agencies and agents, and 99% of the time I wanted to either pull my hair out, or sue.. This experience however has been nothing but amazing! Valeria and her whole team have been so exceptional, it makes me not want to leave! As much as I am excited for the next chapter for me, I will truly always appreciate this experience!
Any issues or questions I've had were dealt with extremely quickly and with amazing human touch! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Valeria and team for the amazing services you provide to not only tenants, but I can surely say the same excellent services to the landlords as well!!

Very smooth process through from initial application to viewings and then checking into the property. Would be a 5 star, however the tenant referencing software used (Vouch) was very annoying, sending emails and texts to tenants, guarantors and guarantors bosses every day at 10am - it felt like I was being vetted for a mortgage more than a basic tenancy! However, could not fault the team at Unico - thank you very much to Jason and Valeria for their help.

I had arranged a flat viewing with Jason R. from unico, I showed up and was left waiting for 15 minutes after which I was told the viewing is not going to happen. I had to personally instigate about what happened, Jason never contacted me, the blame was put on tenants even though it is clearly agency responsibility to confirm the upcoming appointments.

Before using Unico I swore never to let my apartment again after using the biggest letting Agents in Kent who took my money and did nothing for it. They didn't vet the tenant they put in there properly and I had nothing but nightmare with them for 1 & half years. Most of which they didn't pay the rent or bills and also thrashed the place before they left. Unico were unbelievably professional throughout the whole 2 years I used them. The tenants they put in was vetted properly & my rent was never late once! Unico have revived my faith in Estate Agents again and I would highly recommend them. Excellent service all round!
