It is very clear that Acorn does not care about you as a customer. Dealing with them I found them extremely unprofessional, manipulative and unapologetic. Honesty would go a long way, but judging from their behaviour they have no idea of the definition of this word. Be highly cautious when dealing with Acorn Camberwell.

It also says a lot that the office is apologetic (see response below) as soon as a bad review goes public, and not before when one has the feeling of being played.

Once they got my email / number in their database, Acorn plagued me with endless spam emails / texts that never stop, even when I request to be removed from their database. Very poor service.

Top service!!!

The first time I met Toni she really listened to what I was looking for and my family's needs.

The very next day we were booked in to view a property in SE5 which Toni told us was 'a real stunner' and to our amazement she was right!

Whilst estate agents can often be frustrating in helping you find somewhere to live, Acorn have been tremendous. They are extremely attentive and only send you properties that clearly fit your profile. Upon viewing I was met by William who was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. I would happily recommend the Acorn Group and specifically William and team at the Peckham branch to anyone seeking somewhere to live in Central/South London.
