It is very clear that Acorn does not care about you as a customer. Dealing with them I found them extremely unprofessional, manipulative and unapologetic. Honesty would go a long way, but judging from their behaviour they have no idea of the definition of this word. Be highly cautious when dealing with Acorn Camberwell.

It also says a lot that the office is apologetic (see response below) as soon as a bad review goes public, and not before when one has the feeling of being played.

Once they got my email / number in their database, Acorn plagued me with endless spam emails / texts that never stop, even when I request to be removed from their database. Very poor service.

Best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
I spoke to a lady called Robena.
The property I was initially interested in had already been sold. There was nothing else available within my budget but she encouraged me to view a property that was well above my max budget.
After viewing I made an offer that was of course well below asking price.
She negotiated beautifully , professionally, efficiently and understood my situation perfectly.
Due to this the offer was accepted.
I should say that this all took place within 36 hours.

We are very happy in our new home, really the agent Mr. Nathaniell who attended us had patience and understood exactly what we were looking for. Excellente service. On the day we moved in the house was perfectly organized as combined with a Landlord guide on the details of the house. Everything perfect.

I dealt with Nathaniell during my move and he was incredibly helpful. His support in the process made moving much easier at a time which is typically meant to be very stressful. I love my new flat, and am happy with the management of it. All in all, I would recommend renting a property through Acorn.
