Disinterested staff, seemed i was greeted with an attitude of I was being more of a problem than a customer! Even the layout of the shop was bare and thrown together, not a welcoming place at all

I am really not a fan of that false smile and platitudes style of shop assistant but neither am I endeared by the scowling face and the 'why are you bothering me by coming here and buying stuff' attitude. Thought I may have caught her on a bad day but consequent visits confirmed she is dour and unwelcoming consistently.
Getting a job you she would actually like doing could help.
I only go to this place now as a lest resort,whenever other places are closed or I'm feeling in too good a mood and want to be brought down.

Limited options, of those they rarely have any strengths. Over priced. The demo tanks are shocking, you might as well not bother trying to sample the flavours. Staff are OK, a little on the meh/cant be bothered side.

Vaping store in Covent Garden is obviously overpriced due to sky high rents and the staff don't give a toss about their customers and treat them like they're an annoyance! Avoid.

I came here after going to another shop. Although they did not have my particular mod they were really helpful with helping me out and finding me an alternative replacement. I was slightly apprehensive about going in after seeing some of the reviews but I was more than pleasantly surprised. It's now going to be my new vape shop.

DO NOT visit this shop. I was recommended to go there by a friend, I wish I had read the reviews first. I knew nothing about the Vapeing and was trying to ask a couple of questions. The woman who served me did it reluctantly and had an attitude and was also incredibly defensive. I asked her if there was something wrong, maybe I thought it may have been because they were closing in half an hour and she just wanted to go home but after looking at the reviews it seems there is a pattern, unfortunately I was pretty desperate so I had no choice but to buy from her.
If you don't mind being treated like dirt and happened to be in Covent Garden then maybe the shop isn't so bad. Hopefully they get their act together or they close down and someone with a better attitude takes them over very soon.
Very disappointed, there must be so many better shops out there to go to.

Online deliveries are horrendous not getting sent out and delivered when it should be. I've paid for next day delivery and it wasn't so ended up getting a refund. this week I have ordered next day delivery which is free if you order before 2 PM Monday to Thursday, I ordered Wednesday night so I should definitely expect it Friday it's Saturday and still no liquid I really needed it for this weekend so I am very disappointed. I've sent them numerous emails asking about Stock and my orders on two of their email accounts I've received no email back which leads me to think their customer service is horrendous and they are too big for their boots and just don't care anymore. They have me over a barrel because they have a flavour which I really like and I can't stand that I have to keep ordering from them.

Vape shop for the new vapers.
If you are new to vaping this shop is good for you. All the mods they sell are all entry level. Did try some of their juices and well yeah it's OK, nothing special or anything. They do actually sell some premiums as well but you can find it on other shops as well. Prices are a bit more expensive than usual but what do you expect on a shop in central London.

Don't bother. I'd rather smoke a cigarette than go back to this store. Unhelpful staff who didn't really know what they was talking about. Juices are well over priced too.

Popped in here recently as it's near work and have been wanting to give up smoking for ages. I was really nervous going in as I don't really know much about e cigarettes, but the staff were so friendly and informative. They spent a long time going through the different products and liquids, and answered my numerous 'newbie' questions!
Have been vaping for 2 weeks now and couldn't imagine going back on the ciggies....... feeling good :)
