I've used 3 agents since moving in to Sheen and the experience with Hamptons is the best by some distance. The team is friendly, professional, straight-forward, hard-working, and give good advice. They were also able to put me in touch with an excellent solicitor, surveyor and removals team. The size of the chain meant it turned in to a lengthy process but they never flagged.

All of these challenges have been faced by myself and the Lettings team at Hamptons, East Sheen, and tackled with an efficient professionalism and, I hope they agree, a mutual respect for the needs of both the Tennant and The Owner. In this new world order, the balance of Power WILL shift from what we have known. The only valuable constant, I would suggest, is that we ALL have a responsibility to continue to manage our own behaviour. Always have respect for the other party - it is a mutually beneficial transaction , not a feudal system of Landowner and Serf! . Stay respectful people. We approached Hamptons to find us long term tenants, which they did almost instantly; the tenant came for eight months and couldn’t have been more perfect. Rory and Rachel were super efficient and charming people to deal with, the business was handled easily and swiftly, all in all it was a remarkably trouble free experience. Rory couldn’t have been more helpful and the tenant was the answer to a prayer, the flat was immaculate and we didn't even need to withhold any of the deposit.

Update as at 18/12/19 - Hamptons have since sold my property which completed today. Graham and Elena were great & found suitable buyers in a difficult market.
Hamptons are currently marketing my flat to sell but in the meantime my tenancy came to an end and I urgently needed to re-let the flat on a short term basis. The sales team passed it to their lettings department and within a very short amount of time Rory and Rachel had found a suitable tenant to move in and arranged everything efficiently with a very quick turn around & minimal void period. I couldn't recommend them more, they are extremely professional and have gone out of their way to ensure things went smoothly. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Rory and Rachel, you're brilliant! Hopefully I will soon be writing a similar review for the sales department :-) but I have to say to date, they've been great at keeping me updated on all viewings carried out.

We came across Hamptons early in our search when we were looking tentatively, and following that decided to instruct them for our sale in Barnes. A special shout out must go to the lovely Elena, who managed to bring her own professional touch, humour and warmth to a hugely successful sale.

We are an Australian couple (with a 9 year old) that relocated to London in Spring of 2018. Hamptons International helped us in securing a property for long term rent. In our view, we found the agents extremely helpful and courteous yet professional. In a very short time, they were able to understand our requirements to the detail and find / secure exactly what we were looking for in a place to live (home away from home). We recently completed on a sale which, through no fault of Hamptons, was much more complicated, slower and therefore stressful than it should have been. Graham and Elena did a great job; they were responsive, proactive and communicated well with the numerous parties in the chain, playing big part in keeping things on track and making the sale happen. They certainly earned their fee and we’re very grateful.

This is a rating for the letting and management service. Lettings service is fine, they found tenants in a reasonable amount of time and getting contracts signed was straightforward. I would give lettings 4/5.
However the property management service is incredibly poor and unprofessional given the 'prestige' of the Hamptons brand. I used this service for my rental property for two years and experienced a number of problems - simple maintenance issues taking multiple visits to resolve, contractors being poorly briefed, double or incorrect charges and unnecessary work being performed. Dealing with the service was painful for both myself and the tenants. I've now switched to an independent property management company and am getting a much more professional service. Moral of the story - avoid at all costs!

Last week we exchanged contracts on our new home in East Sheen.
Kay and I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to both Elena & Graham, for being there for us on our journey. The past few days were very stressful and we were helped by the calm and professional attitude of Graham & Elena.
Apologies for leaning on the team too hard at times , but with 2 young children, demanding jobs and the added stress of schools starting and with our rental ending soon, the prospect of being homeless really scared us.
Having dealt with estate agents as buyers, tenants and landlord, I would say that both - Graham & Elena epitomise how it should be – professional integrity juxtaposed with the ability to empathise with buyers and sellers. The whole process of buying and selling homes would become easier, less stressful and honestly less Kafkaesque, if it attracted erudite professionals like Graham & Elena.

Hamptons made a usually incredibly stressful selling experience a breeze. We dealt with Graham Price, Richard Hicks and Elena Molaie -- all of whom were at the end of the phone for whatever we needed - evenings and weekends.
We would get regular updates on buyer feedback, and they helped us prepare the house to look it's best, giving helpful advice on what to do and what to leave.
We secured a sale after a few weeks , and completed a few weeks after that. Friendly, professional and honest; I have already recommended them to a friend.
